I keep reading the same threads and posts. Is there a way of marking a forum as READ and not have it come up again? When I get to the bottom and it says next thread (usually there isn't) but there are endless previous threads that appear over and over again. I get that things on Broke Straight Boys are superbly orchestrated and I need a key or a conductor.

Hey Rickee,

Not sure I get the question. Here's my answer to what I think you're asking: when I've read the last post in a thread, the title of it goes from a bold to a normal type face. I can tell in a nanosecond, when I log on to the lists, which of threads I'm following are showing comments I haven't read, simply from the thickness of the letters in the thread name.

One thing a lot of people aren't doing is "grading" the threads. If I find that posters are especially eloquent or amusing, or are raising very worthwhile issues, I give a thread some stars. Like with the episodes, I don't vote unless it's a 5, but you can give a thread any number of stars you like. Be interactive. This is Broke Straight Boys

I think what you need to do is click new post button at the top it will show you what you have read and I would click the last page on the ones you know you have read when you see new comments, that my system anyway
