Thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt Mikeyank. To be honest im 50/50 split of whether to apply or not too. I do c myself doing this but at the same time something in my head tells me not to. I do appreciate ur constant support and trust man. Wow idk that The forum was all about fun, fantasy, and boners. Lol

I don't get on here very much, but I more or less in line with what Joninliverton stated, "Tampa has it exactly right. Some of the senior members will have seen similar threads to this, started by others but that went nowhere fast. I'm always rather suspicious when someone hits the forum rather quickly, posting so much in a short period of time, and also knowing their way around the VBulletin forum so well. If you were that interested then there is an application form on the main page. Oh yes - just saying.. "

I also support what Tampa has stated. Each time a forumite has stated he wanted to make it on the site, something goes wrong, sometimes very wrong. Casper is another one that cause a stir back in BSB1. I think Management could be very, very cautious due to these issues. It is your decision to do what YOU feel is right for YOU, but as this forum gets all wound up about the possibility of you making it to the studio, that puts pressure on management and they will be extremely careful in "checking you out" to be safe. Part of the problem, in my opinion, was the pressure we, your fellow forum fans put on our fellow forum members, and that is perhaps a contributing factor in those past issues. Too bad you just did not apply without sharing anything with the forum, until after you made it and did your first scene. That could have made the transition easier and quicker.

As a suggestion, I would PM Mark and privately "feel him out" on the subject and keep it to yourself. Then make the decision you feel is right. I believe whatever decision your forum fans here will support you.

You are most welcome Rudy! And I suggest you follow your head, (the big one on your shoulders, and not the one on your midsection), for once you do porn it will always be out there for future partners, potential employers and business associates to see. I see it as an important decision to make, as there are no "do-overs" once you put yourself out there in cyber space, "letting it all hang out", so to speak.

But as long as you choose to share your photos with us here on this private forum, keep up the good work, as that will contribute to the forum fun, fantasy and yes boners, too. :001_tongue:

I would also suggest talking to the Broke Straight Boys staff. Most times they can help figure out if you'll be a fit or not. Also, because you are gay, they may suggest College Dudes as an alternative; just sayin'.

When first joining the forum, I had the occasion to go back and read some of the older posts and too read of which other forum members are speaking about! I also agree with the suggestion to do your thing but, do it "Privately" and directly with the "players" (management) not the viewers (members).

One situation started out with two forum members who wanted to pursue an opportunity as Broke Straight Boys models. It culminated into a real drama fest on the forum ending in a most unpleasant way!

I'm glad I'm not the only member to feel this way. Vicekid hit the nail on the head excellently when he said it would be better to appear as a model first - as is the normal route, than try and get the member's favour beforehand.

Exactly Betu.

Those of us were here at the time remember how awkward and unpleasant the drama got for all concerned. Vicekid (and Betu) did a very good job of touching on those issues without forcing us to relive all the gory details.

Anything discussed between you and management Rudy about your possible hiring should remain there. They don't want it shared on the open forum or on the downlow with other members. It's just one facet of the professionalism and trustworthiness that they look for and expect from any model they might hire. Should you apply...and they choose not to hire you for any reason, then please handle it with grace and dignity. Please try not to get your feelings hurt Rudy. x

In the meantime, it's great to have you here in the forum. :)
 
Rudy.. Where are you ? Was it all a game ? Poor johnny. He is feeling silly. Not his first time. Oh well .. So many boy's so little time.
