So I tried my hand at cooking scallops. Made a pan seared scallop with a white wine garlic cream sauce. Came out good! Though I wish I had undercooked the scallop a bit more before putting in the pasta, it was flavorful but a bit overdone

I had slow cooked pork chops, fried okra, & mashed potatoes.

I wish I liked pork chops, I'm not a fan of the super fatty ones. Never had okra before, on my wish list to try, what's it taste like??

it’s a unique taste. I definitely prefer okra fried, not boiled.
