Just Curious - have not heard from Collin, Spencer Todd, Blake nor Jason in sometime. I know blake responded to the thread regarding him bottoming for Ayden and I know he is back at school. But I really would like to hear from these boys on a regular basis. Second question, do they only log on when they are at the studio or can they log on anywhere? I guess what I am asking is it easier for them to log in while doing shoots or can they log in without Broke Straight Boys monitoring(not necessariloy Big Brother but I am sure Broke Straight Boys area has some rules as to messages. Thanks for listening.

It seems that other than Jason and recently, Carter, most of the models only show up right before and after they have a new scene out. A while ago, Colin posted that he hadn't been posting recently because his internet was turned off, and that he was getting an I-phone and should be able to post from the phone, so it sounds like they can log on from anywhere, even though it didn't really come to pass.

I completely agree with Ms. K that they are out living their lives. We are all here because we like to watch the guys perform sexually, and because we love the forum and follow it closely.

They are here to earn some money, and it would be unfair of us to expect them to check the forum, and to log on to the site as often as we do.

I look at it as a bonus if any of the models choose to share with us here, as it is not an obligation for them. I appreciate it very much when they do post, but never hold it against them if they do not.

(But I sure would love to hear from Ayden again soon. )

sometimes, Broke Straight Boys are just busy trying to live.
a quick tweet is easier to post than logging on the Broke Straight Boys and into the forum to post comments.
i think blake mentioned that.
long hours working often makes keeping in touch hard.
while posting to the forum by the model is a good thing, i try to remember that working to make a living is priority number one. for that reason i do not hold not posting against any model.

I'm in agreement with the above posts that these young men have "real" lifes outside of the Broke Straight Boys forum. I appreciate the time that some of them have chosen to be so generous as to share some of that time with us as I understand that it takes time away from family and friend obligations. I very much appreciate their time that is spent producing video intertainment for us and consider anything additional to be a bonus. So let me end this post by saying; a big thank-you to all of the Broke Straight Boys models that have chosen to provide additional time on the forum. Best wishes and God bless you all.

As far as models logging in all of the ones who post have individual logins and are able to access the message board from anywhere internet access is available. There is really no monitoring or observation by BluMedia, and they neither guide us on when to respond or what to say. In my experience there is no major boost to get models to respond on the forum while they are at a shoot, but agree fully that seems to be when they most often reply to threads. I would venture to guess that’s simply because they are in a different mindset while away for work, many of them leading secret lives. While at the studio it’s easy to find the extra time to review the forum. While there, they may encounter other staff or models talking about the forum, what someone has said, done or recommended. This discussion could lead to the models curiosity and exploration. There could be any number of reasons why they post more at the studio and I would assume they all have their own reasons. A lot may also have to do with their personal lives and not able to regularly find the time.

Personally, I check the forum regularly. It's become a thing in my routine. Sometimes I do go a few days without checking it but very rarely more than a week. However, just because I’m checking it doesn’t mean I am replying. Unfortunately for my ego, this site does not specifically revolve around Jason Matthews, so when I’m not releasing new scenes as often as many would like I find there is little for me to discuss and fewer places it’s appropriate for me to form an opinion. However I often read what all of you have to say on topics that catch my interest or things that are becoming viral. Occasionally I do form opinions and as a very outspoken person I put my two cents in whether it’s as a model or simply as a spectator.

I do enjoy being engaged with the forum and plan to continue staying up to date. Im here, although sometimes maybe just hiding in the shadows. Like Batman, if you need me… just send up the signal and Ill be here. Give me something to talk about and I will certainly give you a conversation

Dear Jason,

I wished we had the privilege of having you, beautiful person that you are and in every way, frequently in Broke Straight Boys updates. While I don't want you to become overexposed and, thereby, forum members loosing interest in you. I want you to know when it cums to "overexposure" on the site for me personally, there is nothing I would love more than having you at least once per week. It is not that I am fixated on you, but I have to admit I love seeing your shining face and your silky-smooth body around more often to boost my spirits. For me you are the current "Logan" that he represented so gorgeously some years ago! Like Logan, you have a well-developed mind and a highly developed personal dignity along with honor that you bring to Broke Straight Boys I feel the site needs more models of your calibre. I respect that you were able to return to Broke Straight Boys when other Broke Straight Boys-1 models were not so lucky! That speaks voiumes about your numerous talents, your character, and value you bring to your modeling work. You approach this work with the same sincerity one would expect for a lifelong career choice. I respect you for that!

I love your careful considerations of various sensitive topics before you profess your views one way or the other. Please feel free to visit the forum as often as you would like. Knowing you frequent the forum many times whether you have something to say or not is just the same position I have now when I make my daily visit to this site. Thanks so much Stimpy, I always enjoy reading your posts. They seem to always be so well thought out and put together that it simply flows with literary genius. Many before have called for my weekly releases and although at first glance I wouldnt mind the opportunity to have so much work. The problem I forsee with that is infact over exposure. I feel that not only the more work one does, but more importantly how often those scenes are released is a determining factor in ones career survivability. Although I am certain this path will not go on forever, I would like to stretch it as far as it goes. I certainly wouldnt want to burn out to quickly.

I really think that the models should somehow be compensated for all the extra time they put in keeping in touch with fans. I know that the models will really be motivated if there's money to be had communicating with us. The problem is how to compensate them?

angelone, I look at it much the same way as celebrities taking time to sign autographs and "meet" their fans. The real reward of this exposure would be, in most cases, popularity and an extended run as a model here IF they perform well and give a good show consistently. Unfortunately, most models don't understand this and are no longer around. I'm not saying that their non participation of the forum had anything to do with their absence on the screen, but the forum is a wonderful tool within their reach to get some one on one exposure with their fan base.

Jason and Blake are two perfect examples of using the forum to their advantage. Jason has been here a long time now (almost as long as Mikeyank and we all know Mike has been here forever). His work is ALWAYS topnotch and he still has a body and personality to die for. Blake is just so damn cute with his posts, that if you never saw one of his scenes, you would still have to love him. Both young men are on top now, not only in the ratings, but also in our hearts. I believe their participation on the forum helped get them there, along with their 100% effort to please their fans onscreen.

BTW, I seem to remember Mark once saying that the models are compensated for their participation here. I don't know how much, but apparently not enough for any kind of motivation. Success on this site should be motivation enough IMHO.

BTW, I seem to remember Mark once saying that the models are compensated for their participation here. I don't know how much, but apparently not enough for any kind of motivation. Indeed young Robb, I was about to mention the same recollection, but from reading the model post's it is obvious that both Jason & Blake post on the forum because they want to, not to rack up a large number of posts for a higher pay check, as seems evident by other model's posting habits.

I do agree with you, Mike. Their posts are priceless here and the knowledge that they enjoy posting makes it even more precious. I just think that their participation here has perhaps enhanced their short term career on the site. Certainly hasn't hurt them.
