Message from The Vadim Black

More people weighing in on Vadim Black and the other "straight" models. The people have some views that I agree with, and others, I don't...life. But if you are wanting a laugh, go to 4:15...too funny, and so true.

I join with my fellow forumites in thanking you Beth for that extra commentary on the true life segment. I loved it when after the segment with "Luke/Vadim Black" telling us about the poison he puts in his body to get hard, and the commentator said, "What an idiot"!

The same guy summed things up by saying that something's not on the level here and that he doesn't know what to believe. I liked his perspective on the whole MTV "reality" segment. I don't know what to believe or what's on the level either.

Vadim Black, I'd like to make an observation, and this is in no way a criticism of you. Since the first time on here you seem to carry an underlying sadness and anger with you. I find that really sad, as everyone deserves happiness. Maybe you feel trapped in the porn business, I don't know? But if this is not your passion and causes you sadness and anger then I hope one day soon you can find that thing that really makes you happy and earns you a living. Perhaps actual fashion modeling? Although all the ink might be bad for that, I don't know. But you certainly have the body and face for fashion modeling, I would think. Many fans would be disappointed if you left the porn business, but at the end of the day the only person you owe anything to is yourself.

Please keep in mind, however, as far as the criticism goes, anyone in the public eye is fair game for review, good and bad. It just goes with the territory. That's why a lot of actors claim to never read any reviews of their work. And sadly, there is a nasty, bitchy part of gay society that just loves cutting everything down just for the sake of being catty. You just need to learn to take the true criticism and do with it what you will, and ignore the nastiness. And you have to take it graciously, the positive and the negative. As long as you are doing this job you are going to have people who say great things about you and people who say bad or even hurtful or hateful things about you. Can't avoid it.
