too fast, not enough or too fast, enough? like too fast, slow it down!

My problem is not with change or necessarily the pace of it, but that whatever changes are made should be explained in language that non I-T people can understand, with perhaps a tutorial for luddites like myself.

The last lot of changes were kinda dropped on us. There was an outcry when the referencing thing came out and you stopped that then when Broke Straight Boys followed BSB TV to the new version of the forum, there was the issue of the skins. One could say there was no consultation but then you could say it's my baby and I can do what I want with it. lol
