LA porn production halts after HIV-positive test

Awesome Beth!!!! I want to see the video with them watching gay porn. haha

Just go to YouTube and subscribe to Davey Wavey; he is so funny. He's on a world tour right now; I think he's in London. he posts regularly and his videos are great...enjoy! Oh yeah, don't miss the "straight guys watch gay porn" for such phrases as, "where does he put....oh my god!" hahaha

D&E Productions has just been in the news regarding the condoms-in-porn thing. They interviewed David:

Well it looks as if Florida is a safe place to do bareback so wtf. It will be interesting to find out if California has had a decrease in bareback activity since they banned it in porn. Sometimes people react in different ways and object to being told what to do or what they can be seen to watch.

They way they quoted David as saying the state of Florida doesn't care about condom use in the industry, sounds very callous and cavalier. Of course that's why they quoted him the way they did. If California state lawyers can successfully prove to a judge and/or jury that this was a California company circumventing the bareback ban by having David do it in his studios, there could be problems. It still seems to me that David is not the guilty, or at least the most guilty party here. At worst he's an accessory (I would think) but not the worst perpetrator. A California company and its management based and licensed out there bear the most blame if they outsourced the making of bareback films outside of the state, but for sale within the state of CA. Even so, I hope David gets good lawyers. Sounds like he's gonna need them. :/

I agree Tampa, that the article seemed to have a bias and put David in a negative light. I would need to hear David's perspective on this before making any presumptions.
