Before you scream at me, I like Kodi. One of my faves. BUT i have been wondering the past couple of scenes he has done if he might be getting a little "help" before the scenes. He seems to be out of it and sluggish answering the questions, etc. Like he is taking/drinking something before the scene to help him loosen up. Hey I was just asking. Again, I like Kodi and enjoy his scenes (Well not as much as some of you, Tampa :smiley-love021:)

Any comments?

Jon, at the risk of stirring up your ire, even "I" take offense to your comment. C'mon, don't you think that Mark/Chuck, et al, are 'with it enough', and up on the legalities, to have drug test passing a prereq, EVEN BEFORE signing the models up for a shoot?

Thanks for that Chad, but let's be honest, no one knows what a model does outside of the studio do they ?

Bob, read my comment again. I said outside of the studio which meant places such as at home etc. I realise this wasn't what the original poster was referring to though so I may have confused things a bit.

Im going to say no I've never drank or done any drugs on set

Kodi, I want you to know that I absolutely believe you are a clean and honest man. I am truly sorry that there are always a few that may feel otherways. Keep up the good work Kodi! Best wishes and God bless.

Wow

I like how this has all worked around to the idea that I said Broke Straight Boys would give the guys stuff to take on the set. I never said that! Also, Kodi to you personally, i appreciate ur reply about taking nothing on the set, which i believe. BUT when I watch the interview section of the last couple of Kodi's videos he seems sluggish & somewhat out of it like he was on something. Hey I went to college, went to a lot of parties, i know what it looks like and that is it.

Im not going to type out something like, "hey do you do drugs, had a smoke or something to drink on the way to the studio". We all know if the ppl behind the camera and doing the scenes were passing out helpful items to the guys in the scenes, they would be shut down so fast it aint funny. I was just making a comment and observation that this particular guy was acting like he was getting a little help along the way.

Just my 2-cents worth. :2c:

You are really asking us (the paying members of this site) to believe that every time a "model" comes in to shoot a scene that they are given a drug test? :001_tongue:

Both Kodi and Chad have answered your concerns and I believe them. Any more doubt would be calling them liars. I don't believe they are.

I wasnt looking for a denial or proof, I was just making a statement. I never called anyone anything and dont interject that I did please. And the fact that I think someone might of done something BEFORE they hit the studio doesnt mean Im calling anyone a liar. "No one does anything in the studio" is a valid statement and Im sure they take great pains and measures to keep everyting on the up-and-up, but what goes on outside the door before entering the studio is another issue. Again, Im just saying, look at the interviews and then comment. :cya:

Gotcha. He could have not gotten enough sleep the night before, worried about something, not feeling especially chipper that day, irritated about something, or a lot of other reasons. Not really my business. My first impression was that he is just basically a shy person when it comes to conversation. Not too shy to take his clothes off and perform his heart out though, thank God. But that is just an assumption too.

Jeremy, you are entitled to your observation just as others are. I personally did not think that Kody was on anything however, my comment was a general comment referring to what they do beyond the walls and ears of the studio.

Just my two cents worth:

We do on occasion have guys on a 6am flight from wherever they are from, and have them performing a few hours after they get off the plane that afternoon. Some come on red-eyes from the west coast even.

We also sometime wake up a guy at 10am who is used to sleeping until 3pm.

I like to avoid scenarios like the ones I mentioned, but sometimes schedules get in the way. I can't really speak to what folks do at home, but I have only kicked a few guys to the curb in my professional career, and those few times were drug related. It's not healthy, nor good for scenes.

damn! i find this openness so refreshing.

@bsbhclay just two cents and alot of sense

I agree that the more Clay and Mark share with us, the viewers, the more realistic and exciting the scenes become. I'm not looking to begin watching a scene between two or three slick, well rehearsed professional actors. That's not what Broke Straight Boys is all about to me.

And I appreciate Jeremy asking the question in the first place, and then having Kodi and now Clay answer it for us. The forum is only interesting to me, if real people ask real questions, and there is real discussion between the members, management, and even the performers.

When everyone on the forum is complementary about everyone and everything it becomes boring to me. I find a healthy discussion or debate, done in an adult fashion to be most stimulating.
