When I don't have anything good to say about a scene I usually don't post at all.

I don't think people should take things so personally... Saying we didn't like a scene doesn't mean we hate the models or the site or the forum or the members who like the model... That's a porn site and we are here (on the forum) to share and find people with the same opinion and people with different opinion... Or just because we have nothing better to do...

I agree that "silence is golden", especially when one is in opinionated conversation. I also have this "Golden" (blue here) tidbit glued to just about everything around me so that I am constantly being reminded.

Just got around to watching this scene a little while ago, and now having a chance to comment. Dealing with some health issues has gotten me behind viewing schedule - lol!!! Now as to the scene, it was the hottest scene in quite some time here. Tanner has never looked better or hotter and I love Jos Alvarez with glasses. I would only reproach Tanner for apologizing for his cum shot. Cum flies, brother, and you have no control unless you are aiming which you were not. I haven't been on this thread for a few days and was surprised to see the turn it has taken. Only because it is like the 10,000th time this type of discussion has been held. But no harm in that. I'll pass along my points of view, just for the hell of it:

1. I post what I post and they are my opinions. With the exception of a very few people, I could care less what other people think of my opinions and/or the way I express them. And even with those people they might not agree with me and that's fine, but it doesn't mean I will automatically change my opinion. It just means I will listen to what they have to say and consider it.

2. None of us, unless one has extra-sensory powers can know how a model feels or what he is thinking. Just because a model acts as if he were in pain doesn't mean you know that he was, in fact, in pain or that he wasn't acting. And if a model says he wasn't in pain and one chooses not to believe him, that doesn't mean he is lying; it just means you don't believe him.

3. Although I rarely do this, but if someone expresses an opinion I don't understand, I might ask how he or she formed that opinion; not in the context that the opinion is wrong, but just to understand how the opinion was reached. However, I will correct something in a post that is factually, and I emphasize the word factually, inaccurate. People have done so with me and I have appreciated it.

And finally I would remind all of the old saw, "opinions are like assholes, everybody has one". For instance, I found this scene very arousing and hot. Others did not. Our opinions are formed from our own likes and dislikes, and our own fantasies and fetishes, and our own life experiences. I'm a big, 'ole bottom. As I often state, I like tops who are macho, dominant studs. Others do not. No one is right and no one is wrong. We are just different.

Thanks Stowe. It's nice to see someone who will actually ask someone what a they meant instead of making statements based on pure conjecture and baseless accusation. I'm fed up with passive aggressive behavior which is designed to put me in a position where I have to defend myself against accusations that I never made. If I share an opinion on a scene, whether guys agree with me or not, all they have to do is say, "Okay, that's cool" and move one. Sorry (not sorry) if I don't worship the same model you do, but everyone is different. I find myself in the same boat on many of these points Stowe. I have been dealing with some health issues lately and am just now getting to this scene. Finally! haha For myself I enjoyed the scene a lot. I think the force of Tanner's cumshot surprised even him. I suspect that that is not his usual distance. First, that's the second time since I am here that people feel bad for exposing their opinion and it makes me sad... People are allowed to have any opinion they want and they are also allowed to share it.

I watched the scene that was recommended to me and I agreed with oldfart again... Not my type of scene. Colin looks miserable. I'm in your camp on this particular issue Bartirah. While I sometimes enjoy watching guys getting rough with a dominant top and a rather submissive bottom... As it regards one of my favorite models (Colin) I will chime in with my own opinion here. No. I did not feel that Colin ever looked frightened. So I won't take it to that level of hyperbole. But I didn't like the scene. For me it was cringe inducing and almost painful to watch. I was angry at Clay himself for setting up that scene by purposely asking Jimmy not to take it easy on Colin and to go really rough on him. As we know now from the theme of Clay's own site in the present day, he is very much into the onscreen humiliation and degradation of the models in his own employ. I picked on up on shades of that tendency while Clay was still here on Broke Straight Boys And I resented him for it when it came to the treatment of the models in general. (But particularly when it involved some of my own personal favorite models.)

I was not a fan of Jimmy either and thought he very often treated many of his fellow models (not just Colin) like they were rag dolls to be tossed around for his own selfish sexual pleasure and financial motives. I felt that he used the other person(s) to do most of the harder work, to get quickly to the end of the scene...so he could make his own money...with little to no sexual reciprocity or respect on his behalf owed to the other model. As Stowe alludes to, I am not a mind reader. So I will never know with certainty how accurate my perception of that was. I could be dead wrong on that for all I know. lol But that's just as I see it from my vantage point.

Again as Stowe says, I'm not calling Colin a liar. But I may not believe him. And of course I love the guy. haha I know that sounds like I'm splitting some fine hairs there. But the tone of the thread as I remember it, had denials, explanations, apologies and strong hints of "damage control" mode. Because at that time at least, based on my memory of the exchanges, it was not very well received by many and ended up with a low rating. Colin even went so far as to apologize for his own performance in not being able to take the rough pounding without looking like he was in a lot of pain. But it was Clay himself who told Jimmy to go really rough on Colin. And with Jimmy's personality, he was only too happy to oblige. So there was plenty of blame to go around among those of us who did not like the scene.

All this to bring the point full circle again (lol) ..that I am also one of those who doesn't like a bottom to look like he is in pain or is being abused in some way. For those who do like that, there are whole other fetish sites dedicated exclusively to that genre. If it's all done by consenting adults...then have at it. But it's not for me. haha
