I think the problem with Ken has more to do with poor training than anything. Blu Media uses silent direction, as far as I can tell. Newbies take time to adjust to his style. David has had other "stars" who glance at the camera, as if for direction, and he never says anything about it, preferring to allow a more natural flow.
