I do agree that Ronan Kennedy doesn't have the build that gives him a robust ass, however, one of my all time favorite scenes of him bottoming was the Ronan Kennedy and Ayden Troy scene! Granted, it was a scene shot when he was new to the site and maybe he was a little different then, his scene with David was also hot (in my opinion). I do make one more observation and that is: Many times, I notice that when a model is "new" there is a sense of eagerness to perform well! Once they've become more "acclimated" to scene work, (again in my opinion based on my observations) they seem to loose that and even some of the best performers become, perfunctory in their works. The exceptions tend to occur when there is a better "working relationship" between the models or the sense of "let's have fun while we get this done". Ultimately, I think it really should be the model who decides whether they enjoy performing in all aspects of "gay for pay". Their performances speak loudly to what is comfortable, or enjoyable, or not.......In my opinion

I agree that Ronan Kennedy's talents are wasted as a bottom, but I do enjoy it once in a while. He is bottoming way too often lately, and I hope that doesn't drive him away from Broke Straight Boys They really need to find a decent top for the reluctant bottoms. Not every bottom is going to be a power bottom, nor should they be. I think Shawn could be a great top for a new guy. In his scene with Olivia, a true power bottom, he took his time going in and and varied his tempo. I don't recall him going into "machine gun" mode, which was almost a waste in that case. While Shawn's experience is good for breaking in newbies (or reluctant bottoms), that would be a waste of his talent.
C'mon guys. Don't expect to bring in new guys and have them believe that "one size fits all". At the end of the day, at least for me with regards to Ronan Kennedy....or any performer who've appeared in as many scenes here at Broke Straight Boys, if that was the last scene they decided to be in (not saying it was) but, I would still have a variety of scenes already produced from which I can choose. If I want to watch them perform as a "dominant top" or a "passive cock sucker" or a "reluctant bottom" or a "power bottom" I am always able to access one of the scenes in which they have performed a number of different roles..as long as I have access to the Achieves! So, I see it as a win win situation. Management can decide on future pairings and produce that but, for me, the "Majic" happens through the models performance. I can wish to see this, or wish to see that to full fill my "fantasy" but once a scene is shot.....I decide whether it was a keeper for future viewing pleasure or not!

You hit the nail right on the head, Betu. Interesting how we both picked Ayden Troy and Ronan Kennedy as a favorite scene. LIke you said, their performance reflects what is comfortable/enjoyable. Respecting your partner in scenes is just a matter of professionalism.

So true. For over thirty years I was the manager of young men in a warehouse and so many used to tell me if they were making a little more money, they would work harder, take less days off, show up on time, etc. and invariably after getting a raise, they might change for a day or two or a week, but then go back to being the same person they were before. It's all in a person's approach and attitude in life and change is rare.

Time and time again money has been shown to be an ineffective motivator of performance. I think anyone who took their management position seriously has found that basic respect goes a long way in motivating a person. Even then, many people simply can't be a part of anything beyond themselves.
