Secondly, I was referring to your comment about honesty and integrity being passed on to a child. You are obviously referring to Jake and to bring your criticism down to that level really shows how bad you dislike the guy (it was you that disclosed him working for another site), and also how low you will get to get your hatred of a person out. Very sad indeed.

Oh to be sure,...you had to go there! Just to let you know, I purposely chose the word P.A.L not to signify a friendship. It's used in this case as an ACRONYM!

I only take issue with the "Deception" which was stated by both Mark and Johnny R, both having stated they were "duped". A person's actions/behaviors may be unacceptable without rendering that person unlikeable or unworthy of an opportunity. IE: "I may like a person most of the time but, when they drink, I don't care for their behavior". The objection is on the behavior. In this case why "......threw away a perfectly good white boy..."! I have to agree with you here, as he seems like a nice person and he really is good looking but I don't like it when someone comes on a site and says he has never had sex with a man before when obviously we know now that he has. For me personally if he could appear on screen and admit that he lied and apologise to us and the site staff as well then it would be ok I think as he does seem like a great model and he could turn in to an amazing model to help the newer models as he has had the experience. x

FFS don't get too emotional about it. If you treated everyone in the past like you are treating Jake you would have no models on the site. They've all lied or been economical with the truth. Someone once called this a fantasy site, in which case you better start fantasising that all the guys that appear on here are Broke and Straight. Stop picking on Jake and being bullies.

jake brought to Broke Straight Boys the qualities I look for in a man and a model. his smile, his nervous laugh, his voice, his face, and his body are what stars are made of.
the other gay site that jake worked for out of san diego is a niche site for guys who like military men. as someone who has enjoyed the site long before I knew this site existed, I am not sure how that niche site is of lesser quality than this fantasy site.
for me character is who you are alone and in the dark left with your thoughts. lying is not a quality I prize.
jake blew the opportunity of a lifetime, trying not to blow his chances. such a pity!

I pulled out copies of old resumes and discovered that I was always proud of what I tried to do. but this isn't about me.
when the true answer is that he had sex with a guy once, on camera and not never had sex with guy. that may be cutting things too thin and I may come to regret my point of view. when the owner and the producer say they were lied to, I take that to be a bad thing.
without trust continuing a relationship is very hard.

Like I've said before I don't care if a guy lies to me as long as he makes me believe it. There have been other models on the site who did work for other companies and there have been models who said they were straight when they were in fact gay. Personally I don't care as long as they do a good job and make me believe the fantasy. I like Jake for a bunch of different reasons and to be honest everyone lies, some people lie a lot some lie a little. I can understand his reason for lying and if he and Broke Straight Boys work it out then I don't have a problem with it. Having worked in management and doing hiring for over 30 years I have learned that most people lie about something in their applications sometimes it's a little thing sometimes it's a big thing, most times it's not something that is going to affect the job being done.

I really don't see what difference it makes if he's done gay4pay porn before as long as he's really straight? There have been some popular guys on here who never did porn before and are gay. Not that it has anything to do with Jake but back in the day when David "used" gay guys to break in a new straight guy I thought it was exciting because I identified with the gay guy and knew they excitement he was feeling. I liked it even more when David had the gay guy fuck the straight guy mmmm some of us know what a thrill that can be.

I am sure that it's not up to us whether a model stays or goes based on their past works, or how they present themselves. I don't think any of us has not "embellished" a little to gain an advantage. I am also sure that we are not all of the same "mind set" but what I don't comprehend is...where expressing an opinion makes a person a bully because they admire the quality of honesty and integrity in another person even if they are a model/potential model on this site?

I finally got around to seeing this BTS and I haven't changed my liking of Jake. I could care less how many sites he's been on as long as he's not a "nelly queen" and acts like a guy then it all works for me. JohnnyBM or Damian what I noticed and actually irritated me was not knowing the questions being asked and only hearing his responses. If possible I think adding the questions so we can here them adds more to the models responses (and make sense) to what their talking about.

looking at this jake thing from another point of view. your child brings home their intended spouse. you ask have you been married before? the causal question a parent might ask. yes, might lead to prying and no, might lead to relief. a single hottie being viewed as a gem.
then you learn about divorce papers. the gem has a flaw. no matter how strongly you want to be unmarried, in your heart and head, you are married until law, nature, or nature's god say otherwise. you love your child and support their choices. it's just one flaw.
who am I to judge?

I am enjoying the current style of placing the focus on the model.
