Pretty simple in this thread introduce yourself. It doesn't have to be long because mine is a but long but I tried to summarize it. I'll start.

My name is Mark I'm the owner of Broke Straight Boys I started in the adult industry in 1996 with a straight paysite called XXXtreme Visions. Back then the internet was incredibly slow. My site had a lot of pictures and some leased feeds mainly with short videos. In 1996 there was no Google, Internet Explorer or any of that. The main site where almost all your traffic came from was Yahoo. I wasn't sure why my site wasn't getting much traffic but finally figured it out about 8 months after starting when I was searching keywords on Yahoo. Back then they alphabetized everything so my site starting with the letter x was killing me. So after 8 months I went into more debt and created a site called Alternative Visions which was a gay paysite. This was a game changer for me because then I was on the top of Yahoo's search results. From there I created sites that started with numbers to get on top of Yahoo. I also created a free site and at one point when you searched free porn I was the first listing to come up in Yahoo. About 8 years later I shot my own site with a friend Brian called Straight Boys Jerk Off Shortly after that Broke Straight Boys was born which in the beginning was shot by D&E. A lot happened from that point which I will save for another time. :p

In 1986 I had an AVM malformation of the spinal cord which ruptured around the age of 14. I became completely paralyzed and the doctors said I would never walk again. I was flown to NY for surgery and after surgery I could move my legs a little. I was flown back to Denver and lived at Craig Hospital for 6 months while I did intense physical therapy everyday. I ended up walking pretty well for about 10 years then I had to have that same surgery I had when I was 14. I had that surgery and everything went well but within 8 months I couldn't walk far again so I had another surgery which made my legs super weak and I ended up on crutches. I walked on crutches for about 10 years and then had the same issue once again. The doctors told me there was nothing more they could do for me without risk of paralyzing or killing me. I found another surgeon in Arizona and had surgery there. He removed the entire AVM malformation in my spinal cord. After surgery I couldn't even sit up in bed. Today I am working on walking again. I use braces and crutches around my house to walk but only do it for short periods of time. I could write a book about the crazy past 20 years which I hope to do at some point. I've never been in front of the camera except for my TV show which you can watch at https://members.brokestraightboys.com/bsbtv.php.

In my free time I like movies, music, working out, video games, swimming, basketball and hanging out with friends.

I am now 69 which some consider to be a "sexy" age, but I was never big on 69, more into the doing and not the receiving. :swallow:

I was born and continue to live in Brooklyn, New York. I worked right after college at the same business for 32 years as a manager and buyer, and I hired the help in the warehouse, When a hot college age kid came in for a summer job, I knew in my mind that he was hired before I asked him a single question. In 2004, the business was doing badly and moved out of state and folded within the first year. I began a job that I hated of being an outside salesman driving through the five boroughs of New York City trying to sell for my new company. I hated it and wound up avoiding going out to sell on many days as I didn't have to report to the office until 4 PM after a day "on the road". I discovered Broke Straight Boys and the forum in 2008 and being mikeyank on the forum occupied many anxiety filled days knowing I should be out selling, but the act of selling made me sometimes physically ill and so instead I played on the forum.

I got enough sales from my part time selling and used my skills from managing my original company to impress my bosses and I stayed on full time until 2016 when I retired from my sales job and now work two days a week in the office and "play" the other five days. I've never had a long term relationship. I've had several boyfriends, always younger than myself, but nothing that lasted more than a few months to a year. I discovered the online cruising sites and had quite a few hookups beginning in the early 2000's, some became regulars over a period of time, and many were just one or two time hookups. But I had enough fun and memories to fill up my "spank bank" today. lol

Today, I no longer try to meet guys, as the younger guys I am attracted to are not looking for "grandpa" and so I am semi retired from working and from sex, but if the right opportunity comes along I am not saying never. In fact I got an email last week from a then 24 year old good looking, in shape straight guy who had a live in girlfriend that I met in 2010. He claimed I was the first guy to ever suck him off and that I was the only person who could make him cum from being sucked off. We met here many times over a year but drifted apart. He wrote to me last week and said that he always thinks about me and , "you gave me the best blow job of my entire life" and he wants to stop by again. We'll see if it happens or not, but that is why I said "semi-retired" from sex acts as well as working. lol

But this forum was here for me when I was at one of the lowest periods of my life and I made a ton of friends many of whom I actually met in persona and others who I've spoken to on the phone or through emails. My first forum buddy was Ms. Kianna, who remains my facebook friend and my first phone buddy was Stowe who I still talk with. And there are so many more including my late friend Johnny who was such a surprise to me as he was a very openly gay San Francisco hair dresser who I thought I would have little in common with but we became besties and every day phone friends. Over a year since his passing, I still miss Johnny very much.

Anyway, this turned from a short intro into a long form biography. But Broke Straight Boys and the forum has been a huge part of my life for the last decade and I will always remain a member here as long as there is a forum to share with old friends and to continue making new friends.

Hello i'm Mediarahan, i'm 25 so basically still young. My name is taken from a game that i like back in playstation era. I'm indonesian and just moved to italy to study.

I'm an avid gamer, i love to cook, illustrate, painting, reading zoology, archeology stuffs, i love photography also. I'm currently studying for BA in fashion design (almost done) and i also have degree in graphic design. Also i did a internship in a bih shoe company for 3 months in my country before italy, i did a bootcamp for GITE (it's like teaching english to 1st grade to senior high).

I had 2 relationships and it didn't end well. Currently not looking for relationship BUT not closing any possibilities ahahaha

I think that's all ?

Hi I'm Rafe, I'm a 60 year old Redneck Country Boy....I live in the mountains of PA, near Gettysburg, I'm surrounded by fruit orchards , and farms....Love the out doors, wildlife, I can walk out my front door on occasion and have deer or turkey looking at me....enjoy cooking, racing, sports, hunting, etc....I enjoy Broke Straight Boys because it reminds me of my life...To this day I have to drive 1.5 hours to get to a gay bar, so for me, gay life meant picking up drunk, high, horny straight guys at the local bar....amazing how many high and horny straight guys were out there.....

I wouldn't give up my country life for anything, it's who I am....I have degenerative spine disease, which basically means my spine is collapsing and pinching the nerves in my spinal cord....It currently is affecting the diaphrams on my lungs , and the nerves to my legs....just one of those things you deal with....

I had one relationship that lasted about 7 years, now I'm enjoying being single....definitely not looking to do it again....
Well that's a short short of who I am....

This is HORRIBLE! Can't they build up the bone with "material" to keep it from collapsing? Kind of like a dentist builds a crown?

I know that I'm ignorant in such matters -- but your physical problems, from an outsider's (ignorant of medical knowledge) perspective, seems curable.

Hello all. I am a 65 year almost completely retired lawyer who lives part of the year in Puerto Vallarta and part of the year in San Francisco. I was a Navy brat growing up and lived in a number of places mainly on the West Coast and the Western Pacific. I also spent some time in the Midwest in the Chicago area. In the early 1970s, Uncle Sam invited me to go boating for a spell which I did before returning to complete college, then I got a job with Interior back out in the Central Pacific, before another turn at mainland for law school in San Pancho. My mother's family are Ladino Jews who left Spain in 1492 due to the Expulsion Edict and settled in what the then part of the Ottoman Empire. It eventually became the Banat Province of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. In one of those twisted bits of irony, my father's family is from a village about 30 kilometers from the village my mother's family came from. They met at the end of WWII as my mother was a Navy nurse and was good friends with my dad's sister [she was also a Navy nurse]. I have been with an Italian man raised in Argentina, an electronics engineer since 1990 and we have been married since it became legal in the US. He is currently working on a contract basis for a firm in Manchester England and we see each other over skype weekly and several times through the year when one or the other of us travel to see the other. In September I will close down my practice entirely and I am trying very seriously to convince Marco to do the same and come to Mexico to enjoy some sun and sand.

I was a bit of a slut in my early years, learning about gay sex from the marines, airmen, and sailors on Guam starting around age 13. I stayed a slut right up until the mid-1980s when I started slowing down given the issue existing then. Now I am a lot more sedate although I do occasionally kick up my heels. Marco and I have had a policy for as long as we have been together that one can eat lunch out occasionally but must always be home for dinner. I know that does not work for everyone but it has worked for us for almost 30 years.

I was a subscriber early on to Broke Straight Boys and left for a short time during the economic downturn before returning to post and watch videos. I have always admired the general camaraderie of the folks here, a group that for the most part plays well together. Sadly not that common out there in the world of the internet.

Mark, this thread is a great idea. I didn’t come out till I was in college but I made up for lost time. It was the late disco days and the clubs in Dallas were magic. After college I opened a high fashion men’s and women’s clothing store in Austin on 6th street with my boyfriend. 6th street is the Texas version of Bourbon Street and our store was open till 11 and 12 on Friday and Saturday. I had mostly gay college student employees. The relationship didn’t last but I was in business there for a few years and we held fashion shows at the big down town gay disco that had people lined up around the block to get in. It was a great time and being the owner of a trendy store near a few gay bars and tons of straight bars and restaurants made me s popular person and I was so busy I mostly took advantage of the hustlers who hung out near my store and high rise apartment blocks away. Many of these guys were straight with problems and I developed a task for this type. Lots of Broke Straight Boys models especially the early ones remind me of these guys.

During this period I traveled to New York and LA often to buy clothing and I had a membership at the Saint in New York and we did the big clubs and the leather bars etc. I was there pre AIDS and in the early days. Boy did it make a difference. There was a cloud over everything.

In the late 80s I moved to Dallas and got into the furniture and design business which I’ve been in ever since. I worked in the design district and the World Trade Center and traveled to Europe and the Far East buying inventory. Again I worked with tons of gay people and had lots of gay friends. I lived in the gay area near the cruise route and with a big house and a convertible Mercedes I was still very popular with the hustler crowd. I liked the new ones and the straight guys having hard times. A gay bar owner lived across the street and he loved guys with big dicks. I enjoyed fucking the guys who were fucking him. Most of them weren’t used to being fucked. Their big dicks kept them pretty busy with the local gay johns. Lots of stories there. Lots of stories period but again many of these guys remind me of Broke Straight Boys models.

I returned back to the smaller town where my parents live to help them. I maintained the furniture importing on a wholesale basis for some time but I have phased out importing. I have an almost 20 year relationship with a basically straightish cowboy who has two kids and we have a grandson. I never thought I would be in that situation. He likes girls but is a bottom with men. My kind of guy. We had some wild times with guys and girls. I’ve had some really hot big old ex football player bottoms who are basically straight and live the straight life style with kids. So these guys do exist. I enjoy the challenge of topping a straight guy. To me it’s not interesting or should I say challenging if you bring them home and they throw their legs up. That’s another reason I love Broke Straight Boys and the fact that the try to get guys to expand their experience into bottoming. I have a current friend who is a hot bodybuilder that sometimes works for me. He usually has a girlfriend and he is hot if you like big built guys. Im the only guy who ever did more than give him a blow job. He is currently wrestling with having feelings for this daddy type who bends him over out on the ranch occasionally. It’s really hot and he sometimes won’t do it at all because he is straight. But then he can be so sweet and kiss. I’m not used to kissing guys but it’s hot kissing a big ole younger straight guy. Anyway I’m still married and staying that way but straight strange can be fun.

We have a small ranch now, horses dogs, tractors. You can think of the TV show Green Acres and won’t be too far off. Even though I’m the top I’m definitely the Eva Gabor character with my cowboy husband. I’m sure everyone thinks I’m the big ole bottom. Some of us will fool you. We live a pretty much straight life style now with no local gay friends. That’s one of the reasons I’ve enjoyed Broke Straight Boys and the forum. I’ve reconnected with gay guys that I can be friends with. I’ve met Mikeyank, Peter and Bart in person and talked privately with many others. It’s a great group we have here with diverse taste and interest but still lots in common.

I have been an artist most of my life and when I’m not ranching or decorating I work mostly in clay. My nom de plume, Repareur comes from the clay art world and also my experience with antiques and design. The term is an archaic name for the masters of eighteenth century soft paste porcelain at Sevres. The stuff was so hard to work with the artist who made the body were constantly repairing their work. I identify with these craftsman so that’s where the strange name comes from. My friends have reduced it to Rep and I like it.

I am loving this thread Mark. Folks, please keep telling your stories. We are an even more interesting group than I'd realized before I started reading these stories.

Thank you for sharing all that Juanjo!

It really helps to us give insight as a person. I always enjoy your posts. Plus, I've always respected the intelligence behind whatever opinions and arguments you put forth in here.

One bit of kinship we have is that while I am not Hispanic in background (beyond possibly a tiny fraction of DNA in this lifetime) I have lived in Spain myself. I was very grateful for and moved by the experience. I love Spain and its people. Modern day at least. lol

Spanish history however also has its darker side of being replete with instances of cruelty and injustice in the name of religion. The history of the Expulsion Edict, the treatment of the native Indians of the New World, the expulsion of Spain's Muslim Moors, along with the Spanish Inquisition don't make for comfortable reading to say the least.

I thought I would share this with others who may not of be aware of the history behind this.

Also, the term "expulsion" here should be understood as being under the threat of: Either convert to Christianity or you must leave the country. And if you refuse to voluntarily leave the country, or allow us to force you bodily out of the country, along with refusing refusing to convert...we will execute you.

It was a very simple and well understood proposition.

Expulsion of Jews from Spain
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Alhambra Decree (also known as the Edict of Expulsion; Spanish: Decreto de la Alhambra, Edicto de Granada) was an edict issued on 31 March 1492, by the joint Catholic Monarchs of Spain (Isabella I of Castile and Ferdinand II of Aragon) ordering the expulsion of practicing Jews from the Kingdoms of Castile and Aragon and its territories and possessions by 31 July of that year.[1] The primary purpose was to eliminate their influence on Spain's large converso population and ensure they did not revert to Judaism. Over half of Spain's Jews had converted as a result of the religious persecution and pogroms which occurred in 1391.[2] Due to continuing attacks around 50,000 more had converted by 1415.[3] A further number of those remaining chose to convert to avoid expulsion. As a result of the Alhambra decree and persecution in prior years, over 200,000 Jews converted to Catholicism and between 40,000 and 100,000 were expelled, an indeterminate number returning to Spain in the years following the expulsion.[4]:17

The edict was formally and symbolically revoked on 16 December 1968,[5] following the Second Vatican Council. This was a full century after Jews had been openly practicing their religion in Spain and synagogues were once more legal places of worship under Spain's Laws of Religious Freedom.

In 1924, the regime of Primo de Rivera granted Spanish citizenship to the entire Sephardic Jewish diaspora. In 2014, the government of Spain passed a law allowing dual citizenship to Jewish descendants who apply, to "compensate for shameful events in the country's past."[6] Thus, Sephardi Jews who can prove they are the descendants of those Jews expelled from Spain because of the Alhambra Decree can "become Spaniards without leaving home or giving up their present nationality."[7][8]

In 2015 the Spanish Parliament passed a law recognizing as Spanish those presumed to be descendants of the Jews expelled in 1492, thereby annulling the consequences of that expulsion.

Hi guys I am fairly new to this site and on the whole really enjoy the great fibe this site has.
So a little about me, I am 57 and based in the UK. Have a great partner and we have been together for 25 years. We live and work in London and enjoy all the benefits that living in a great diverse city like London brings. I work away from home alot so am usually travelling around the UK on business so don't always see new episodes releases when they are released. I have a variety of interests including sci fi (I am a big Doctor who fan if anyone has seen this in the states and use to in my younger days help out at conventions and even organise one many years ago. Now I just don't seem to have the time to do these anymore but occasionally I go to one to see what they are like. I am a big history buff and even did a degree in this way back when I left school and love a good debate. I must admit to not being tolerant of rudeness in all its forms and will challenge if I think a comment is not appropriate. On the whole I think I am an approachable, friendly guy that I would like to think can be trusted and relied on in times of trouble as well as in good times.
So what type of men do I find attractive. The simple answer is all types, I am not just attracted to young guys, although on this site obviously that is the main fayre. What I do like on here is the diversity of type. I personally find guys with tattoos really attractive and for me the more they have the more they turn me on Jake and cody spring to mind. I also love guys that are redheads, got beards and have some fur. I also find attractive certainly on this site models that positively interact with their fans such as Richie and Max.

Thanks very much for your intro post here Foxyman. This forum can become addictive. I've had the addiction "bad" for the last decade, but I really do enjoy getting to know a bit about the folks who participate here on a regular basis and I sure hope you become a regular as you seem to have something to say and enjoy expressing your views.

From the "Ethan Steel Debate" yesterday, I can see that we have different views on the types of models we enjoy and what they will and won't do in the scenes, but it is all good. Some of my close friends like Stowe, Tampa, Peter & Rafe often agree on model types, (but not always). However over the last few years I've become very close to Repareur, and we are pretty much totally opposite on body types and what we enjoy seeing in a model, (although we do both prefer the straight types). But at the end of the day it is all in fun, as this is only porn we are talking about and not serious life and death issues. And we can have fun debating and teasing one another. For example Rep has said that Mikeyank is like a little old church lady trying to preserve the virginity of these boys. That's not exactly how I see it, but my point is we can agree to disagree and have a good time "playing" on the forum.

So I wholeheartedly :welcome: you to the forum Foxyman and look forward to reading your posts and perhaps having a civil debate or two with you, but most of all sharing the forum with a sense of camaraderie as part of a sometimes dysfunctional but still a family . Great to have you aboard Foxyman!!!!!

Hey my name is Peter. I'm 56 yo and live a busy single life in Seattle. I work graveyard so my schedule is pretty much opposite of everybody I know!! I've been single for 10 years now as my partner of 20 years passed away from complications with type 1 diabetes. I'm an avid golfer with a 9 handicap, decent tennis player, good pool player (a couple of plaques) so having days off gives me the time to do my favorite things. I stumbled across Broke Straight Boys after my William passed and never left lololol I have a mini harem of top boys who enjoy the company of an older guy and between my hobbies and boys I stay fairly busy. Welcome to the new members and hello to my fellow oldie forumites. Some of us have been together for many years on this site and I appreciate each of you.....

...I have degenerative spine disease, which basically means my spine is collapsing and pinching the nerves in my spinal cord....It currently is affecting the diaphrams on my lungs , and the nerves to my legs....just one of those things you deal with....

I have a friend who's 84 and has this type of condition where the discs of the spine (and/or the gaps in between) are disintegrating. By his age he is on painkillers on a daily basis. But he is still upbeat, young at heart and active.

I really enjoyed learning more about you Foxyman. :) Welcome to our sometimes dysfunctional but happy family. haha

Lots and lots of Forumites not introducing themselves on this thread. What’s up guys and gals ?

I agree Rep. With new scenes being released every three days, we have in-between days to start other conversations. And member introductions are a great conversation starter. We don't necessarily need detailed biographies, but a few things about ourselves will help us to get to know each other a bit better. :anyone:
