Hot Professional & College Sports Guys

Guys like your last selection Tampa are what make swimming and diving my favorite collegiate “spectator” sport to view, especially in person like that time I have mentioned here that I strolled into the Swimming Hall of Fame off Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale and I got to stand right next to the pool and watch the diving competition. Wow!

I'm sure you were very focused on their competition times, stats and their swimming techniques. And little else. :P haha

Not exactly Tampa. :sneaky2:

I was on one of my yearly Spring Training March visits to Fort Lauderdale while the Yankees still trained there. I used to call them the ThreeB’s Vacations, Baseball, Beach & Boys! It was a cloudy day and I read in The Sun Sentinel that there would be a competition there that day. I expected to be sitting in a grandstand of some sort, but it was very low key, with parents and coaches standing around watching the young athletes dive and come out of the water dripping wet, toweling off and waiting for their next dive. I felt very guilty standing there watching, but I guess I just blended in with the parents my age watching the competition. It seemed surreal to me that parents would just accept that their sons were standing around practically naked with the smallest of cloth suits showing the exact shape of their “bumps and bulges”. It was a most interesting and voyeuristic time for me. And I still remember it very clearly 40 years later.

I see the Hall of Fame is still there.

I remember you mentioning attending that diving competition some time back. I think that we agree that, of all the sports, college swimming has the lowest percentage of clothing on the swimmer's body thanks to the small form fitting speedo designed to maximize his speed in the water. That makes for good competition and a bonus of lots of eye candy!

TY KG. I now repeat what I said on my thread:

TY KG often I think you and Tampa are the only two who bother to look. The last few days have brought technical issues and my own age issues that have left me behind schedule so I may be forced to cut back on what I post here .

Just doing what you can is fine and much appreciated! Health issues come first.
