The forum itself doesn't allow you to rotate images. I can rotate them in my computer prior to posting just fine. But my experience has been that you cannot rotate pics that are being uploaded for posting. Unless I'm missing some trick like PeterH was.
 
You misunderstood. The rotation you do on your PC then upload the rotated image.

I understand that part. But the images that come out sideways are always right-side-up beforehand in my computer. So I don't know until I actually post them that the forum decided to turn them sideways. It's way, way too much hassle to put the forum post on edit with the slanted picture, go back into my computer and turn the right-side-up image sideways, delete the previous photo from the forum post, try to re-post the same pic in a sideways image from my computer and hope that the forum decides to turn the now sideways image right-side-up in the post.
