So do you guys love Prince in Minneapolis as much as we love Jimi Hendrix? We have statues a museum with his own wing and building a park in his honor.

He is a bit revered, but no museums that I know of. He's kind of reclusive and will set up special shows in local clubs at just a couple of days notice. These sell out immediately. I've not been into Prince myself since the 80s. Not that I dislike him or his music, just that I liked his earlier stuff more.

I love Prince too and my dad loved Hendrix. Of course Hendrix had a lot of ties with the UK and he is still a hero over here.
