Hey everyone, just wishing all a swell St. Patrick's Day.
I have Irish in me on my mother's side of the family. And no unfortunately, I am not wearing green because the state that I live in is called the "Evergreen State". I have a corn beef brisket with cabbage, carrots, and onions in the Crock Pot this afternoon. Dinner should be ready around 7:45 this evening. I usually do corn beef and cabbage two times a year, New Years Day and St. Patrick's Day. I haven't found that little leprechaun with my pot of gold yet, but still searching.
