Thanks Rep, but you had me confused for a minute as my birthday is in June, but then I realized it was my "forum anniversary" as I joined in October 2008, shortly after Mark began the forum eleven years ago this month, and I was too timid to post initially, but I got the hang of it very quickly with post after post after post after post......
And two more points. As I've been told by some that they never voted for me, so I am not really a mayor
And YES, I am like a teenage girl when it comes to my love for JAKE!!!!!!
If my beautiful pinup boy ever comes back home to Broke Straight Boys, Mark still owes me a pair of his used underwear and I'm going to remind him of it. LOL

It boggles my mind to think that I've been here for 11 years. I must admit that (much like Mikey) it is the forum which has kept me here all these years. If Broke Straight Boys had only been a pay porn site with little interaction between the staff and members, and you felt no real human connection between the between yourself and the models... It would have made a whole lot more sense to just to join every once in a while over the years and download the newer stuff, much like you would do with any typical site out there. But because of the daily interaction, the years-long friendships and the new friendships, and the friendships yet to come... The interaction with the models, the scene interviews and the BTS vids that give us a glimpse into the models as fellow human beings with their own interests, backgrounds, life stories, their own struggles, and dreams for the future.... The easy interaction with staff and members... All of which give us a sense of being in a very unique and happy virtual family, albeit somewhat dysfunctional at times... lol None of that would have been possible or could have reached its fullest potential, without the forum.
Broke Straight Boys could have been just another typical pay site out there which you just drop in on for a few days or just a month, every other year or so. But Broke Straight Boys has never been a "typical" site because of the staff, the models, the unique product they offer, and the forum with which to openly discuss and share it with each other.

Then Happy Forum Anniversary! Rep may be on to something though. Perhaps lyrics could be composed to the tune of James Taylor's "Carolina on My Mind" to change them to "Jake on My Mind" just for you.

I wanted to say to those who've been wishing me a "Happy Birthday", Thank you. But in reality the real me was born in June. But "mikeyank" of the Broke Straight Boys forum was "born" in October of 2008. I guess like Rep said, that only makes me eleven in forum years, too young to watch porn, but fear not the real me is more than six times that age. LOL

Happy forum birthday, Mikey. I did not realize we were the same forum age! As for Jake, he had better have two pairs of undies cuz I want a pair as well! I shan't comment on the time of either of our's physical presence on this planet as it might embarrass some of the youngsters to realize what august presences they were among. That goes for you as well, Tamp and any of the others who share this longevity. Porn sites come and go but Broke Straight Boys has been the place I have always held on to, in no small part because of this message board and the fines people here, who out of kindness have not yet ridden me off the board, tarred and feathered.

Thanks again to all, but I in turn wish a "Happy Forum Birthday" to all the current and past forumites, who've made this so much fun over the last decade plus a year. From me to you........ 
For all of us who share the distinction of having been around since the first few months of the inception of the forum in October of 2008 (such as those members who I've included above), I want to say it's been a pleasure getting to know all of you. I'm so glad that there are so many of us original forum members still around!
I also have many warm regards for those of you who joined later, or even very recently. The energy and conversation of the forum is always evolving thanks to new members who bring fresh perspectives and their own unique personalities.
