How do you guys feel about guys with tattoos? We have had some models apply that we had to turn away because their tattoos were so bad. Just wanted to see how you guys felt about ink on models.

Thanks for asking! I am not too bothered by them. I find them hot. I’m not a fan of a ton of unfinished tattoos which are usually big tattoos that the person didn’t have the pain tolerance or the money to finish having colored in, but If they have a hot face then I usually don’t care. In fact a skinny skateboard dude with a shitload of tattoos is so hot to me. If they can dick down another model with no tattoos, I’m good.
Bottom line, the face, the dick, the ass, and the masculinity is more important to me than tattoos.

also, I’d rather have a hot guy with many tattoos and hot face over a guy with no tattoos that is just good looking. I’ll take hot over good looking any day, tattoos or not.
Tattoos do not bother me one bit if done right. They look damn sexy on some guys. I'd say as long as we don't see swastikas and hate filled stuff, why not give the guy a go?

I have no specific issue with tattoos. For example, Justin Case is a sexy guy and his tattoos add to his sexiness. So is Cage Kafig That said, I have met some guys who were literally covered head-to-toe in tattoos. I am not a big fan of that look. For me, it is just a tad overwhelming.
I have seen a couple of guys posting comments on here in the past who hated tattoos of any type but I have no idea if they are still around or not. If they are, they can speak for themselves.

I dislike excessive ugly tattoos that mar the appearance of the model's otherwise hot body. Done with taste and moderation, I have no problem. Many a hot Irish model has a small green shamrock tattoo on his butt! A good guideline is if you notice the great body first and some tattoos second, no problem. But if you notice the excessive ugly tattoos first and only then the body, there's a problem. Like many things in life, moderation is fine, but its taking something to excess that causes issues. Also, there could be a generational element as older members may be more bothered by a large number of unattractive tattoos than younger members.

I think it’s nice for Mark to ask and it’s interesting to see member’s feedback. I’d be interested to know what management’s idea of “bad” tattoos are. I think it’s probably very difficult to find many models with no tattoos.

Very true Jay. Young guys of the age of our models typically all have tattoos, with rare exceptions like Nico. And it is certainly generational. When I was 20, long hair and sideburns were looked down on by guys who were my age now. I say that this is their time and not mine. And a hot guy is hot, with tats or without. After all the top rated Broke Straight Boys model is tatted and I think he is perfect in every way.

I'm not against all tattoos or tattooed guys - but in general
* a clean skin is in itself a thing of beauty when guys looks fit - of the current group, I think Nico and Darron and Ricky are the best looking - that's not entirely because they are tattoo-less, but It does enhance their looks, I think and means the eye has less to distrract.
* if you are getting tattoos make them look as if you've put some thought into them. Some people look like a child has just scribbled on them. That sort of tattoo is ugly and it can't help but distract the eye from a great body or a pretty face.

Jake is a perfect example. I don’t love a couple of his tattoos, but he‘s got such a hot face, dick, and ass that I don’t even care. I also think there are probably more models that audition with tattoos than not. I think limiting casting to just those with zero to minimal tattoos is REALLY limiting casting to a lot fewer choices. There have been many models in the past with no tattoos. For example, Richie West Ethan Erickson (one of my favorites), Ethan Steel, Jos Alvarez, etc., and Jake Spencer was always ranked much higher than any of them. I do appreciate a clean canvass but the face really is the most important to me, and I’m not even that picky to be honest. Mikeyank, you know I like all types.Very true Jay. I too respect your point of view, however please keep in mind that Jake had just turned 18 when he arrived in Atlanta to do his first shoot week for Broke Straight Boys He told us in his introductory interview that he grew up in a rough part of Chicago and was involved with people and situations that he did not choose to elaborate on. I don’t believe that Jake gave any thought when he was a young teenager about how his body would look in the future. Jake was very genuine in the way he looked and fucked. I think Jake is deserving of his #1 status as he has been for five years, (discounting guys introduced only a few months ago, with way fewer votes). This is how I look at Jake but of course respect others with differing perspectives.

I personally have no tattoos but it does not bother me to see ink on models, not a fan of head ink and most neck ink, Ari Nucci had a tattoo of a blue devil with huge horns on his stomach that I did not care for, most of the models on Broke Straight Boys with ink are ok with me.
