And please be yourself. I love your directness in how you see things, without pulling any punches, whereas I try to be as honest as I can, while trying to be “politically correct” at the same time. lol But there is a lot to be said for being direct, as well.

Being honest is important but I believe it should be tempered with kindness. By that I mean couched in a way not to hurt. I use to believe in telling the truth without thought of hurting a person but over time I came to realize that human kindness is not only the right thing to do but more effective.
