Experiment with set/scenery: Suggestion

I often read comments from members who would like to see more passion in a scene, which I like too when it fits the scene right. I recently went back an watched an older scene with Max and Ayden. Ayden is not one for kissing but, because of the bedroom set in this scene, it worked as almost a romantic, kind of "Twink" scene for me. There actually was no kissing or passion but, the scenery gave you that vibe. Now, I am not promoting "Twinky" sex on this site (hard-core straight boy sex fans can relax!) but I wonder if playing with different "sets" from time to time (which has been done a little in the past) could actually be considered again from time to time. A scene set in a garage where the guys might slip away from the eyes of their friends/girl friends...etc., for some hot and heavy, unbridled sex for example. Just a suggestion.

I remember the Max and Ayden scene where they had sex on a bed with a really pretty gold patterned bedspread on it. It did give the scene a more "homey" upscale feel to it. Maybe if they had beds set up with something other than just the plain sheets sometimes, it would add some more visual interest to the sex scene. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the sets they have now. I just challenge them to come up with some ideas that might bring more colors or props to individual scenes that would mix things up a bit. Even though they have at least 3 different sets that they use, they can still become rather predictable and austere looking after a while.

The trick though is not to go overboard to where the models are upstaged by the set itself. You don't want to see the models swallowed up by a busy, gaudy floral print set of sheets. LOL

I love the passion when it grows progressively as any of the BSBs get more and more accustomed to making it with another guy. Seeing the inevitable breakdown of the natural flinch when guy makes it with a guy is so hot to watch. The progression could even be captured by the scene setting and two very straight guys, perhaps at a gym setting, talking about girls, seeing each other becoming erect, then the embrace or touching, and so on and so on. Scenes other than the norm, which is really what this thread is about, has been brought up a few times. I mentioned it after the poolside scene with Kodi and Jason which I thought was hot, but then there was the Johnny and Adam water fuck of course. I did suggest some outdoor sets and was told that they were thinking about it.

There is a uk gay porn site called BlakeMason who experimented with a mini series called After Hours. The first mini series proved very popular and lasted 24 episodes I think. To put it in a nutshell the series revolved around 2 young gay boyfriends who, unknown to each other, messed around with other guys when the other guy wasn't around. Scenes were shot at building sites, under canvas, in the cellar of a night club, a gay sauna etc etc etc.

I watched the Max-Ayden scene again thanks to tampa's recommendation. It is very hot and erotic even though there is no kissing. I like the idea of new sets, but one thing I saw in that scene that would be very easy to do on the set currently used is to put a big mirror on the wall where the notes are now. It is incredibly hot to see a guy's ass while he is fucking another guy, and Ayden's ass looks great in the mirror while he fucks Max. How about it? Just use a mirror to change the current set and add a new dimension.

I'm glad you enjoyed the scene again Coach. I knew there was more to that other set than just the bed and bedspread that made it stand out. But I had forgotten. Yes. There was also the big mirror that allowed you to watch Ayden's ass as he thrusted in and out.

Again I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the current sets. You've all done quite nicely getting several good sets in what's not really a huge amount of space. I'm not suggesting that you toss out a huge sum of money to revamp things and make any permanent changes to the sets. But different colors or props (like a mirror for instance) that could be brought in and then removed, would just spice things up a bit more. Some mirrors could be propped against a wall or a stand rather than the hassle of trying to hang something heavy and fragile on a false wall. Just a thought.

I like the new bedroom set; the color are really nice. I actually sent some stuff to Chuck, but it would not go at all with the new digs. The only thing they should add to the set is a big horizontal bar above the bed for the guys to hang on to Just sayin'
