I also feel that people in general tend to judge straight men differently than anyone else. For example....I am completely gay and would never film a sex scene with a woman for a porn site. It took me a while too watch this scene and I was skeptical after listening to the comments. However I was very impressed with this scene. Ethan is gorgeous and I thought this was way better then the Marcus scene. Ethan seemed too enjoy himself a lot more and let loose. While I do want him to at least try to suck a cock it doesn’t take anything from the scene for me. I still am a huge fan of Ethan. Kace is growing on me and he did a great job. Loved it.

I understand that the "ratings" aren't the only way to judge the success of a scene here, but they are the only tangible number that we the members can see, and so I did a quick check on the last six scenes released and as of this minute Ethan & Kace has a 4.23 rating. Three scenes are higher and two are lower, and so while it is not a huge success by these numbers, with three scenes higher and two lower, it is kind of in the middle. A few, like me loved it, others thought it was terrible, and some were in the middle, as are the ratings.
From the stills of the upcoming models at Ethan's second shoot week and from Sha's comments on this thread, we potentially have a bunch more scenes of Ethan to be released and so this discussion will continue..........
I look forward to seeing more of Ethan Steel and Ryan Parks, as well as Elijah Scott, Sky and Kace and the return of Tanner. So I have a lot to be looking forward to among the current models this summer, and that makes me a happy camper at "Camp Broke Straight Boys". lol
Let's remember that after all this site is Broke Straight Boys and we do still get some guys that are straight and even though they need the money, have a hard time doing certain things. We keep encouraging them to step outside of their comfort zone and many eventually do. This is only the 3rd duo scene that we have released with Ethan and I have more in the can. I personally think he progressed pretty well in his third scene. I am sure that he will continue that growth as his series of scenes unfold. Patience my friends.

I most certainly wasn't trying to talk down to anyone on this forum. In fact, I am the one in the minority among the current active posters and I appreciated that the man who directs the scenes made the same point that I was making. Among the current folks who comment, I am the "odd duck" and often feel like I am trying to swim upstream in a downstream river. I ALWAYS encourage as many different folks as possible to comment on the forum, whether they have the same taste in guys that I do or not. And no one's opinion or perspective is any more valid than anyone else's. And to Jay, if you thought that my comments were directed specifically towards you, they most certainly were not, but if I inadvertently said anything to offend you, I sincerely apologize.

Thanks for saying that SFPS01. I truly was trying to express my heart felt feelings and not in any way intended to offend anyone else who feels differently. I try very much to take into consideration that many or even most fans of this site today do not share my exact sexual desires with the whole concept of what type of Broke Straight Boys turn me on. I do try to express what I like, while respecting those who feel differently because once again, "there is no right or wrong when it comes to sexual desires". It is all about what is right for us, and respecting what is right for the next person as well. I have just watched this scene and frankly I am far from impressed with Ethan who has posted a comment that basically tells the viewer that there are other models that can be watched if we don't like his performance. Most people seem to be complaining that the performance is very one dimension in that all he does is fuck. I must agree, the best videos for me are those that show variety in the performance. Everyone one of his he does the same thing, after a while it becomes boring. This young man needs to be able to take constructive criticism if he is to survive in his chosen profession or any career he chooses in the future. For me, because I consider his comments to be frankly rude and discurtious to the many viewers of this site that pay to see good performances I have given him on this video no stars.

Thank you for your post Foxyman1961. While I disagree with the premise of your post, I am always interested in reading other people's thoughts and opinions. And mostly thank you for letting me know that Ethan has posted on the scene page. After 16,000+ posts on the forum, I finally made my first post on the scene page to let Ethan know how much I enjoy watching him. It is great to know that I can directly speak to him.

I didn't think that Ethan was rude in his post. He said that there are other models to choose from for those who do not enjoy his work, and he thanked his fans who do enjoy him and promised to do more in future scenes. There are many models on the site whose videos I am "not feeling", and I do as Ethan suggested and chose others to watch. I thought it was a fair thing to say.
But I admit to be prejudiced as I really dig the kid!

I have to agree with you, mikey. Before I got to your post after having read ones prior I thought the kid had gone off the rails. But I don't even pick up the slightest hint of arrogance and/or nastiness in what he said. I think he said what he said in a polite way. You are way better than I in finding past things in the forum. So maybe you can find some of the really nasty posts from previous models, Damien Kyle comes to mind.
I’m with you Mikeyank and Stowe, I don’t see anything wrong with what he said. It looks like he is actually interested in what we want to see and he says the dick sucking is coming. I’m hopeful for more but then that would upset my buddy Mikeyank. Lol. But I think Ethan’s comments were taken out of context. If he wanted to say fuck you he would have.
