I have to admit that as a wrestler, I ended up with a few grabs to the crotch - both as giver and receiver. None of it ever planned - they were simply pleasant "surprises" that occurred during either take down, control or escape moves when your body is just responding to the needed control move of the moment. Never got embarrassed or excited by it for it was so fleeting and no time to respond - just keep moving! I once did have an opponent in a scissor lock and he kept thrusting himself into my crotch as he'd bend forward to get his shoulders off the mat. That boy finally gave in after three near pin calls and I had to stand up, shake hands, and allow the ref to raise my right arm for the victory then quickly cover myself as I ran to the side and my team mates while sporting a semi. I was embarrassed but no one ever said a word. Hmmmm. Perhaps it wasn't impressive enough to garner any attention?!!!!
