Connor Fucks Mikey Raw - scene thread

Back then it was a much different time, not only with our studio and Broke Straight Boys, with everyone in the industry. First off, there was more loyalty because we didn't have the competition we have today with FREE porn and competing with social media sites and models filming themselves. Back then our economy was different, these guys did struggle to find work and proper housing, but things were very expensive even back then. However, most of the studios paid a lot more because we had more memberships and the members paid more money. Again, this is not just with Broke Straight Boys, this was industry wide.

Most, not everyone, was loyal to one or two particular studios. We had guys that only filmed with us and we had plenty of them that didn't run from studio to studio but we did have that issues with many guys working the "porn gay4pay" circuit. Although I wasn't crazy about it then and I took it more personal back then, I had to step back and understand that these guys needed the money and this is not a full time job and they needed to keep the money rolling in to pay for car, car insurance, apartment, food and in some cases food for the kids and keep a roof over there heads, diapers are expensive and some had to payback money they owed to the courts of stupid shit they did like getting caught with "weed" or "DUI" so they need the money to get that figured out. Some used it for school and books and some wanted to save up the money to buy a house or car. Each guy that arrived in the old days, had there reasons.

Just like today, these guys have there reasons but now 2021...geez products, goods and services went up. Gas, Food, Rent...etc...is so expensive now and working part-time (15hrs for the week) earning $8 per hour in many cases is not not cutting it so now, these guys that want to make a lot of money to stay financially afloat turn to filming porn with studios and we can't give them full time work (non of us in the industry can) and the payout to models industry wide has become much less and we all have become more demanding in filming our scenes.

Today, if your in the age group of 18-25 in most cases, you don't live home with rich parents and in most cases, there parents are even struggling financially so they have to survive...they film porn and start filming for social media and these guys can make a lot of money and a steady income to that. If you have the "balls" and the nerve to do this type of work (since its not for everyone) and you can do it, its much better then working most hourly dead-end jobs.

Thus why there is NO loyalty today, these guys go from studio to studio, they collab with each other on social media and this is there life and income and they are just thinking about themselves and how much they can make along the way while this lasts.

Its actually sad if you ask me...

Yes it was because there were exclusive contracts made by the top sites which they can no longer due as I believe he has often said.

Honestly, I would just prefer Broke Straight Boys to continue bringing in a variety of people. Even if they have experience, because let’s face it……they’re going to have experience. Variety is best but that’s just my opinion. I would prefer to see a lot of different people than the same ones over and over. Right now my faves are Bentley, Jesse, & Nico. They’re also amongst the straightest. I’m done with some of these others…Richie, Marcus, Johnny, etc. I’m not even crazy about Ethan coming back based on what I’ve seen on social media. I think he pulled one over on D & E, which many of you failed to see, and he doesn’t even look that good currently with his scraggly facial hair. I think, and again my personal opinion, Broke Straight Boys needs to keep rolling in new people. We only get 4 guys in at once and at this point I’d rather them be models we haven’t seen on this site than the same ones over and over. The only thing that would excite me about the upcoming Johnny and Charlie scene is if you told me it was Jonny Cox and Charlie Madoxx

Jonny Cox and Charlie Maddox would thrill me too.

I think it’s time for me to chime in on all the negative feedback members are given models I am Charlie Knox and I’ve been watching and reading this forum for months now. As a model me or others definitely have the rights to defend ourselves in any criticism that’s not constructive. Broke Straight Boys is my first studio and very pleased to say the lease I’ve seen a lot of backlash on models for not staying with 1 studio. Be that as it may it’s almost impossible to stay with 1 studio when u have members that don’t even like u or your work so that means less and less work your getting! Yes I did tell David I would never work with “said’’ studio. But once my Financial stability depends on this industry then I’m putting the boxing gloves on. Let me make another valid point here! Broke Straight Boys isn’t gonna give me a paycheck every single month or work for that matter because People don’t wanna see the same folk over and over…I’m about to make this personal for a second just because I’m not any of y’all’s cup of tea doesn’t mean I’m Not adored by hundreds of other’s. In all honesty who would want to keep working for “any’’ place there not wanted by its top members. Not one member knows what goes on in any models personal lives to the extent that they think they do because of certain stuff you are allowed and not allowed to say. Yes I’m gonna put this pitty party out there because this world is beginning to be a dark place I DO NOT want to be apart of I was raped at 8yo by my eldest sibling..so please excuse me if I don’t perform like you want me too or be someone that I’m not I choose this career for away out simple as that!…I don’t enjoy sex whether it comes from a man or woman and that’s just the reality of it. It’s nothing more than a overrated exercise. So as a paying member and not as a model right now! I think it’s more than right I come to all the model’s defense when I say some folks are just put in positions that they need help out of. I will never regret Broke Straight Boys being my first studio and I will continue to recommend other models because the work environment is fantastic. Just gotta tell them to be (perfect) for the members first. for the members that have supported me I do thank you and I greatly appreciate The enthusiasm you’ve had for my scenes..with that I rest my peace…

That took courage to say and I base my ratings on how a model acts not his looks and you showed progress. The issue of where to work with no easy solutions and no rihjt or wrong side but a mix of right and wrong on both.

Charlie, you’re cool. Please don’t take offense to anything on this forum. There are a lot of members that have been here for 15+ years. Hell, I’ve been here for 5. Many people, including myself, are just airing out frustration of the lack of inexperienced talent, which used to be quite normal in the day. Also, when the pandemic hit, the studios changed locations limiting the amount of guys that can be in at one time. When you scale down from 7-10 guys for filming week to 4 guys (if everyone shows), it limits the amount of scenes and types of pairings
Just do your thing. Come hang out with us….start a thread so members can interact with you. You seem like a great guy with a big heart, and just know that all of this on the forum is just conversation.
For a lot of us, the whole idea of so many models working in so many different studios and with onlyfans, it’s just frustrating, because it isn’t what most of us are used to with Broke Straight Boys, but times have changed and it’s a little adjustment for most of us. I think most people understand your frustration, because you’re right….at the end of the day you have to make money and pay your bills.
You do have fans. Celebrate that. I’m a north Georgia boy and so happy you are representing. The accent is GOLDEN.

Believe me when I say when I first got my phone call to come out I was excited because nth this big that seems so small to others was now in reality. Broke Straight Boys until this day is still my favorite studio and if full time work was available you mighty right my A** would be right there and only there..I can tell you this as of rn studio work is the only work I’m interested in because I like to view it on the professional level since I’ve started in the industry I’ve been so committed I have not had sex in my personal life not once since I’ve started all this because of the exposure of stds..NO THANKS! I’m definitely no saint but I try my best and do the best I can. I’m sure if any other model is like me he/she would tell you this line of work comes with a lot of emotional stress and we do all we can to make sure you guys are happy but at the end of the day we’re just simply flesh and bone and that’s what everyone see’s..but the deeper essence is the soul and that’s what we the model’s have to deal with..My mother always said be kind to other's because you never know what someone is dealing with eternally..

I like to believe in people I do not lie but at the same time temper my words not to hurt people unless they are mean spirited. You sound to me honest so I will take what you at your word & encourage you to stay with Broke Straight Boys I expect you will improve with time and all you have said puts me in your corner. As to other sites be careful to read reviews on them be4 exposing yourself to further hurt.

Hi Charlie,

As one of the current senior participants on this forum I wish you a great big :welcome: to our little family here. One of my favorite things about this forum is when the models actually join in with us on the discussions and particularly when they are honest with us, as you obviously have been in your first two posts. I am so sorry to learn of your sexual assault as a young child and how that has negatively impacted you to this day. You are obviously a very intelligent young man from your writings here. I would hope that you have gotten some kind of counseling to deal with this dark aspect of your past and if not, perhaps Mark could arrange to get you into a program that works with rape survivors. I honestly feel for you very much and hope you can overcome the impact this has had on you.

As far as negativity towards you on this forum, I would hope you realize that when you take the bold step of literally getting naked and exposing yourself to the audience in porn, you are automatically subjecting yourself to all kinds of criticism. In a way it is a paradox that you have chosen this as a way to earn your income after being sexually assaulted as a child. In almost every other profession you do not get judged on your appearance and certainly not on your sexual prowess. Therefore for me to say that you shouldn't take the criticism personally is easy to say but hard if not impossible to do.

While I admittedly do not watch all the porn scenes on the site, I do watch all of the before and after interviews between David and the models and you are most definitely charming and I now realize you are totally being yourself. I am also glad that you've had such a positive experience with David and Eddie and Broke Straight Boys I would love for you to continue to post on the forum. Usually Mark gives the models an official Broke Straight Boys name and avatar and some models like Blake Bennett and Adam Baer still come on to the forum years after their last scene here to keep us up to date on their lives.

Please try to understand the perspective of the porn watcher who comments on what turns them on or not. As you know, we all like something different be it girls or boys, older or younger, kinky or vanilla. I hope you keep reading and more importantly posting here as your perspective as a model is vastly different than any members of the site or even the perspective of management be it David, Mark or Shannon. Thank you so much for joining us here and please don't be a stranger. Your comments are a most welcome breath of fresh air on this sometimes repetitive forum, (and I am one of the most repetitive posters speaking about my taste in models and guys in general). And again Charlie, of most importance please deal with your issues from your past. There are a great deal of places for guys and girls to deal with issues of childhood abuse. Speaking for myself and I'm sure most if not all of the members, we are on your side.

Mike I fullly back what you said. I have had experience with kids who were abused as I mentioned be4 and with a lover who was abused so what Mike said is important. Get some one you can trust and open up to them and they can help you to come to terms with your issues.

I am proud of Charlie coming on here and posting his feelings. Getting back to the original comments of models going to other studios. This is just how it is, like Charlie and other guys his age, they are all hurting to make a living and times are just getting worse but we can't offer them full time work. Its impossible for any one studio to offer consistent full time work for a independent model.

So I say, again, does it concern me when guys go from studio to studio...it sure does but its 2021 and we in this industry have to get with the times and the current mood for what is going on in this industry.

Even this week, I have brand new guys filming Broke Straight Boys..they never filmed here before and never appeared on Broke Straight Boys but they have filmed with other studios in the past so I am sure some of you will recognized them. In today's world filming adult footage if we had to wait for a "certain" type of model to apply and come and film, we wouldn't have any updates, no sex scenes, and this conversation would be much different.

Well stated! Always great to read the model's perspective!

I certainly understand. I’m trying to keep an open mind. I know that these guys are trying to make a living, but some of them are a little extreme, and I think those are the ones that most are referring to, and certainly not Charlie. If a model has scenes on all blu-media sites as well as, sketchysex, Fraternity X, Men.com, Sean Cody, Chaos Men, raunchy Bastards, boys halfway house, Colbyknox, and also doing their own collaborations for only fans, perhaps it takes away from what made Broke Straight Boys special, at least to me anyway. And it’s not a lot of models, but there are a few like Masyn Thorne, and I see Johnny Hunter heading that way too. If we are only going to receive one new scene a week, why would the members want to see someone they can see on 5 other sites. I joined Broke Straight Boys because I didn’t recognize any of the models and now they’re all recognizable…lol.
But I do respect Broke Straight Boys and D and E and know that you’re trying your very best and that’s it’s just a different time.

Thank you for your candid post. Members here like to dialogue with models and are for the most part very understanding and sympathetic when a model opens up as you did. I liked your scenes at Broke Straight Boys Also it was not at all your fault that due to the ongoing issues for Broke Straight Boys with the hopefully declining pandemic Broke Straight Boys when short of content would release several releases on one model's work in shorter than normal periods rather than have longer periods of no new releases. So much of the negative commentary on your scenes was directed at the close to each other release dates of your scenes as opposed to you personally. I'm grateful for your post for another reason: from day one of your Broke Straight Boys work, I just could not figure out where you were on the straight, bi or gay sexual scale. Your post answered that question by disclosing your traumatic experience at age 8 rendering you asexual disliking sex with males or females. Asexuality was a possibility I never could of conceived of, but your post makes it clear the reason why. So if you want more work with Broke Straight Boys and the studio offers it, I for one would love to have you back!
