I was told last night by a buddy who had not watched it the first time around either, that I gave away way too much in my previous post on this thread. I just wasn't thinking that this is all new stuff for many on the forum, so I will wait until after a show is posted before making any further comments about the plot. I'm sorry.

I re-watched Episode 2 this week. It was not one of the stronger episodes, as it was totally out of the Broke Straight Boys element with a trip to Vegas for a pride event and the whole contrived filming a scene on location, with two models who were no longer working for the site when the show was produced, and the drama of the "inconclusive" test with Sabrina making the frantic call to Sha, just as the supposed sex scene was about to begin. It was right out of the hokey old "Perils of Pauline" movies. lol

Next week will be back at the mansion for more wacky mayhem with the boys of Broke Straight Boys lol

I did see this still on the homepage promoting episode 2 and it is a good picture, with "my Jimmy" looking real sexy .

I do miss the models of yesteryear.

I'm surprised that newer members haven't commented on the show very much. Am I missing other threads?

My guess is that even though Mikey is justifiably cynical about reality tv and how scripted it may be...that the tv show here may not necessarily be contrived at every juncture that Mikey mentions. For instance, the fact that Jimmy loves the camera and attention on him at all times is very much in character for him from everything we've known and suspected of him so far. He practically craves attention. Many of our previous beliefs (whether they be positive, negative or in-between) about the models, pretty much all held up under the heavier scrutiny of the tv show. So in spite of the editing and the desire of any reality tv producers to provide ratings generating drama, I didn't feel like I was being sold a totally made-up soap opera.

Why Straight Boys do what they do?? Stupid show. No comments the first time around less now. Probably still have the beautiful mansion.if not for the show.
Good idea but a bad show.Who ever put it together should not be in show business.Didn't learn a thing about why straight guys do gay porn.
To bad. Damien Kyle made it sound like it was really going to be special. It wasn't.

And yes Jimmy looks great.Funny how there is not one boy in the TV show working on the site now.

As a matter of fact after seeing ad clips on Youtube and edited scenes on public porn sites, I was encouraged to become a member of Broke Straight Boys When you posted BSB TV taping again, I was hoping for another season>>>>HINT HINT, Mark ;-*

It was great! I wish they could get back there also. That was the real hay day of the site but I think that ship has sailed. From what I’ve gathered from talking to other members and people in the know, the whole TV thing was too expensive but if it had been picked up by some outside network it may have been another story. It certainly brought fame to some of the models who are still riding the wave and obviously the you tube clips are still directing new members to the site. I wish things were as exciting now as they were back then. I was a new member in those days and it was really great. It was a unique site for sure. But this forum is still pretty fun and the archives alone are worth the membership. I look forward to new scenes and new models but really some of the great stuff is in the archives. If you really like the idea of Broke Straight Boys Trying new things for cash, like I do. Go back to the very beginning and watch the early scenes that David Filmed on the futon. There are some real gems there. There are some fabulous all along. A good place to start is look for the forum thread. Blast from the past. It is where various of us posted favorites past scenes. I often learn something new and it’s a good way to find the best scenes.
