I just spent almost fifteen minutes watching a very odd BTS. I came away with the feeling that Sha and the other five models participating, basically threw Jason under the bus. When the guys come to spend a week at the quarters in Atlanta, I don't think that they are under any obligation to bust their ass in a military style workout. Jason went along but decided that this was not for him, and walked away, and boy was he berated for it to the point where at the end he felt obligated or was coerced to say that he acted "horribly" and apologized to the other models-------for what? His obligation is to film as many many sex scenes as he is being paid to perform in during his week, and that is his job description on Broke Straight Boys, to suck cock and get fucked and whatever else but not to have to bust his ass exercising in military fashion.

I was actually embarrassed for and felt really sorry for Jason. He is a very handsome young guy with a naturally sexy body and I am confused as to why this BTS was presented as it was. And I'm surprised at Sha who usually shows compassion and tries to present all the guys in the best possible way for cutting the scene and asking leading questions of all the models, to basically dump on Jason presenting it as he did. Very strange indeed.

Yeah, I tried to watch it, but I don't want to feel uncomfortable. That's one I won't be watching anytime soon.

I went and watched it. Jason reminded me of how I was in gym class. I hated every minute of it, except maybe my time in the locker room! I think they were a bit rough on him. Zach on the otherhand, the real military guy with the little dog, please. Lol. he did really try hard though but I can't see any of these guys as even butch. " Where have you gone (Ricky Sinz) A nation turns its lonely eyes to you."

I am wondering if there was a purpose to this Bts episode?
Guys who live for and in the gym are not inherently superior to guys who live life outside the gym.
Never before have I seen a management orchestrated put down.
To what purpose?

Just watched this BTS to see why the reaction.

As I watched it, I thought maybe the fact that Jason walked away from it had been a 'storyline' agreed beforehand to add a little to what would otherwise have been a bland exercise scene. But even if it had been, it begs the question what would be the point ?

They were leading questions. "Who do you think did best? / Who do you think did worst?" deliberately primed for the boot campers to then say the same two people Zach and Jason's names for both categories.

And to then have Benjamin actually question in a bit of a mocking tone Jason's 'invisible' asthma inhaler? WTF? Does Benjamin now know him well enough to rule that out?

So what did that teach Jason and the rest of us? That despite it being portrayed as a class being put together to show off Antonio's instructing skills, that those who do not wish to comply for reasons of finding it tough, who have a potential medical reason, or just purely not interested in putting in the effort should be made to feel like we let others down.

Poor show.

Well, I saw that BTS and I came away with a new respect for Jason.

Here's a bunch of guys. Antonio and Zach are way into what the fuck's going on. There are others that are kind of but barely into it. Barely. And little Baby Jason, who's not into it at all. He'd rather be fucking a pussy or becoming a daddy again, maybe. Straight guys are funny that way. Who knows.

Personally I wouldn't have been into it. I love people who are. I'm just crazy about Zach, but that doesn't mean I'm willing to go to the Gym and do all that crazy shit. I certainly have NEVER been as pretty as any of these guys. I have my own things to be proud of. While these guys are in the Gym, I've been out doing actual work. As the result of this different direction for my own life, I've always had things to be personally proud of, besides being pretty. In my whole life, no one EVER hit on my ass. Not even once. I've either had to persuade people to have sex with me, find them so fucking drunk, they don't know what's happening, or pay them to have sex with me. I've done a lot of all these things. LOL .

And Jason is so fucking naturally pretty that he doesn't do all this Gym stuff himself. So instead of getting out there and acting like he's some kind of military guy, he stands up for himself and says, "I'm not doing this crazy shit"

He's clearly marching to the tune of a different drummer. And I respect him for hearing the different drummer and standing his ground and marching to it. I will not fail to notice in this instance, that Jason has got the character to act on his own set of values.

I love Jason and I want to see Gage Owens or Tanner fuck his tight little ass again. That's one bootcamp that Jason was willing to do. I love this guy. I love the way he looks around with his hot little fucking eyes. I love the way he takes his fucking like a man. I love his hot little sweet ass, and I want to have his babies.;

I had a WTF? going into it, and came out with the same opinions. It was embarrassing, degrading and really tacky that one model was singled out and degraded and thrown under the bus. Worse was the fact that it was a member of management who orchestrated it and was driving the bus with his leading questions. I lost a LOT of respect for Sha with that one. Always thought he was a kind, compassionate father figure to the guys, not a nasty reality tv host manipulating situations and words for ratings. Those involved should be ashamed of themselves. And maybe this explains the tension and weirdness between Jason and Tyler in their recent scene where at the end Jason just stares into the camera with his mouth open, Tyler says something snarky, smirks and walks off scene? Maybe this was the next scene shot and it influenced the shoot negatively? In any event, the whole idea seemed pointless, anyway, like the various staged activities put on for the BSB TV show -- the go carting and paintball and fitness trainer coming out for one day. If they want to do REAL BTS great -- obviously some of the guys DO work out, so want to follow them around during their actual routines, great -- but these staged things look that way -- staged and fake. And in this case it ended up with one of the guys being humiliated and singled out by the rest and by management. Again, shame on all involved.

Totally agree with everything you said in your post there mate. I think the scene you're thinking of was with Ryan though, not Tyler. Ryan says "It wasn't that bad, was it."

I hated Gym Class too, and I would probably have refused, except for the clear side attractions of the hot fucking coaches. In those days, they'd even bathe with the students so I could see their hot dicks. And then there was the whole locker room experience itself. So, I do still have great memories of Gym class. Its just not the same experience they'd want to talk about in the Student Year Books. At my class reunions, and we're coming up on my 70th High School Reunion, I can still remember everyone's dick size.

I have to disagree with you on this Mike.

I watched the video twice and actually took notes the second time.

I do not feel sorry for Jason in any way. He chose to quit and that was his choice. In the video I watched I did not see anyone throwing him under the bus. The other guys were asked a question= Who do you feel did not do as well as or work as hard as the others? ( I paraphrased it because the question was asked 5 times using different words abut it was always the same question). Every model answered Jason. From watching the video 2x I saw what they were referring too. He acted as if he did not want to be there and that he was not interested in what they were doing. At one point he did ask a question about what they were doing (in the warm up section) and Antonio stopped and went through the exercise part by part, if you notice Jason is looking around not watching Antonio explain what they are doing.

I am not here to berate Jason. He signed up for something that he shouldn't have, something that is not his thing. I am sure in life we all have done that. I know I have and I have the clarinet to prove it. After 2 years I gave up on it because I did not have enough spit to keep the reed wet and without a wet reed the sounds the instrument makes can be quite bad.

All of the models were asked who worked the hardest, they all (except Zach) said Zach. That surprised me because if you look at the beginning of the video Zach has alittle flab over the waistline of his shorts. I didn't think he was in that great of shape for being in the military- he proved me wrong. way to go Zach.

You can tell that Junior has been to the gym, just look at him.

Ryan surprised me, I would have thought he would have been leaving with Jason. To me he doesn't seem to be in good shape. He always looks stoned, hopefully he isn't . He gave it his all and finished and seemed to do quite well.

Ben, he is in good shape but does not seem like he hits the gym every day. He held his own and worked hard with the others. He gets the honorable mention for being the most honest during the interview session ( in my opinion) he says what he feels and backs up what he says.

Zach was also very open with his opinions. Cute dog by the way. he works hard and gives it his all.

Antonio says what he felt. He is used to the gym and probably sees this on a daily basis. I do not feel that he berated anyone, especially Jason, in any way. he was asked for his opinion and he gave it. To me his voice does not match the body, he does not seem very loud for being a personal trainer. Every personal trainer I have met seem to be loud.

As for Sha, I do not feel he owes anyone an apology. He did his job- the interviews. He asked them all the same questions and let them express their opinions. I do not feel he was putting words in their mouths or leading them on in any way, he asked the questions and let them respond- that is what an interviewer does. I did not here/ see him "dump" on Jason in any way.

I do not feel sorry for Jason, to me he was not "dumped" on or humiliated in any way. He made the choice to go do this and he made the choice to quit. We did not see the entire footage but their were comments made about an inhaler etc, maybe their was a lot of drama that we are not aware of before he quit, that could be the reason for the models comments toward him. I also do not feel that Jason needed to apologize for what we saw. He went, he tried, he quit, his choice. If their is more to it than we saw than maybe he did need to apologize, only the guys there would know.

Take it from a guy that does not go to the gym and would not know what to do once he got there. I give Jason credit for attempting it. I would have never attempted it. If the guys harassed/picked on him for quitting then shame on them. Not everyone is gym kind of guy, some are more a Jim kind of guy:biggrin:

From a personal experience: I signed up for a 5k a couple of years ago in memory of a loved one that had just passed. Some of my friends were going to do and "peer pressure" got me. I am not a runner and will never be one ( unless being chased by a guy with a knife or gun). I wanted to quit after 1 k but continued. I did finish it but the reason I finished was because my friends 60 something grandmother refused to quit also ( she thought is was so nice that is gave up trying for a decent time to stay back with her and encourage her to finish the race). I have never signed up and will never up again. you can see me working the registration table.

Oops, you are right. It was the Jason/RYAN scene from mid-July. I always want to call Ryan Tyler for some reason....

Jason is better in his scenes then Zach and when it comes right down to it that's all that matters or should matter to Broke Straight Boys I, too, am curious as to why this was done.
