I've never changed my views of Vadim Black. From day one I've always thought he was one of the most handsome guys ever to film here, but in my opinion lacked everything else. His facial looks and body to me belong on a Calvin Klein billboard, but his porn skills (top, bottom or oral) are very poor. His personality is even worse than his porn skills!!! His morality is also very questionable! I've spoken with models who have worked with him on this site as well as other sites, and the overwhelming review of him is he's an "egotistical, self-centered, back stabbing little bitch" Some of the models I've spoken with from this site I kind of took it with a grain of salt their opinions because I figured there was some jealousy of the way DC doted all over Vadim Black and didn't care about the other models. But when I spoke to a couple of models from big name studios (one of them has been at the top of this industry for a decade) and their opinion of him was the same.
Peter life has a way of turning people around & that may just happen to Vadim Black. At least we can hope it will. Another factor may trump all else, his body what life does it may bring him to his knees, he would be far from the first.

I do remember that episode. I haven’t watched it in a long time but my most vivid recollections are his mom telling him how she watched his porn. That seemed creepy up me. And his two brothers. The older one, who tragically died in a car accident I believe, said that he thought both his brothers were gay. Paul’s younger brother wound up doing gay porn as well. I wonder if he is still in the industry. It was a fascinating reality segment in the family living room, but I came away from watching it a bit uneasy. But once again, I don’t think that another porn site would have a segment like that. And that is why I’ve always loved being a member of this site, more than for getting off to the porn.
Paul Canon is the reason I joined Broke Straight Boys back in the day. I still follow him on social media and I’ve gone through stages of love and hate….lol. Right now I have mad love for him. It is worth repeating. Like all of us Paul & Alex are human beings, They have their faults & good points. It is hard to maintain an unbiased view. Know I am no different. I am a great fan of one player. He started without any guy-on-guy experience. Did little, refused to show his ass & only topped. Then he suddenly started changing doing it all and showing it all. He grew into his part. He is an introvert so he has to overcome that each time he performs as well. I respect those who grow but understand not all of us have that ability. I just rewatched the entire episode that Mark is highlighting this week and it is so much more than I remembered. It is a 28 minute well produced documentary on the real life of Paul Canon. It was obviously produced by Damian Christopher, with Sha conducting the on camera interview with the family. I didn’t like Damian Christopher as director of the scenes and I hated him as moderator of this forum, but he was a very gifted photographer and videographer. Paul and his entire family are seemingly very honest, and I found it a fascinating look into his home life and what made him into Paul Canon, porn superstar. For anyone interested in this kind of stuff, I highly recommend it.

Paul may be the biggest star to have started at Broke Straight Boys and I’m glad to hear that he is still looking good and making money at it a decade after getting his start here.

This weeks throwback is with Devon and Vadim Black who were actually best friends at the time and decided to do a scene together. It was definitely very interesting with the dynamic between these guys and we capture before and after the scene to see how it went. I really like it because it was real and they were best friends at the time and hadn't been in a scene together. Let me know what you think.

Jos Alvarez was impressive showing off his great personality but I was taken by newbie Jonny Cox. I believe that Jonny was a straight guy, but unfortunately he never got comfortable with gay porn. I disagree. I love that Mark gives us a look back at some of the great moments and great models of Broke Straight Boys’s past. His Throwback scenes are presented once a week. I don’t consider a once a week feature, “too much” at all.
