I haven't upgraded to Yosemite yet. I did upgrade to Maverick and it works really well. I'll probably upgrade to Yosemite in a couple of months. There's always a few bugs when a new OS comes out, so I'll wait until they work them out...

First thing's I've noticed is that there seems to be more buffering in the streaming and I don't believe this is my ISP because it is too much of a coincidence. There is a firewall option in preferences, security and privacy - something I never noticed within Maverick. Your decision not to upgrade at this time is probably correct.

I use Internet Explorer 11. If I have a problem I switch to Chrome. Between the 2 of them everything works
