Dear Beth,

In my heart they were a couple, even if not so officially speaking. They were meant to be according to the way in which they interacted with each other, but somehow it became a missed opportunity. Trust me when I say this, the whole forum at the time was convinced they were lovers and unquestionably meant for each other.

I love Shane so that it kinda breaks my heart to hear this unhappy ending. But, I guess stranger things have happened in life after all! I was hoping they were happily married with two kids still living a totally blissful life together!

I just watched the first episode that Shane and Josh filmed. I got the sense that they experienced a love connection that very first time. I'll have to go back and watch the second episode they filmed and see how that played out. Still, they were definitely both into each other on that first day!

Since David recently brought back Erick I wonder if there is a snow balls chance of ever seeing Shane and Josh again? As for any bromance I think Shane was just that good and as far as Josh well if it feels that good do it. Two perfect situations came together and magic happened.

As many of you know I have put Shane/Josh at the top of my list many times and taken the opportunity to recommend that vid as my all-time favorite. However, there was always one thing that bother me: When they kissed, they never used their tongues. Shane was always willing to really get into it, and maybe he was just being gentle with Josh, but that just kinda bothered me. (However, still my most favorite ever, and hated the threesome that followed)

Shane was/is a full time porn star so he is obviously a seasoned actor too. I didn't see any romance at all, just good acting and this happens quite a bit on Broke Straight Boys, especially in recent films.

Personally, I've always been of the opinion that there was honest passion between Josh and Shane when they filmed their first scene together... but not so much on the second try. While I don't think that they were boyfriends out side the studio, I still like to think that it was an amazing meeting of two minds on the same wavelength, thus, the obvious display of comfortable body language between one first timer and one vastly experienced guy. No matter what anyone's opinion is on this video, there is no denying that they were pretty comfortable with each other.

Didn't you have a sensation of outrage with David awkwardly scheduling Mike Robbins in this second pairing of Josh and Shane just to spoil the mood! I remembered, perhaps wrongly, that the scene including Mike Robbins was shown later, after the episode with Josh and Shane were originally paired together. That is precisely why I was so upset with the addition of Mike Robbins into the Josh & Shane lovefest. It seemed so very weird for Mike Robbins to be on the set sitting in a side chair just observing his 'buddy" making out with "Shane"! Yuck!!!! How very unwelcomed by Josh & Shane could this arrangement have been at the time?

I would guess our wonderful Beth joined Davids new site and mentioned it there. I also joined his site last year, but let my membership expire, not enough updates for me. I loved David and this made me feel bad, but we are porn watchers after all.lol
