Hey All,
I wanted to start a conversation about Battlestar Galactica aka BSG.

I am such a BSG Freak when it comes to the "re-imagined" or as I call it the new series.

There was an original one back in the 1980's but I am a fan of the new one.

They have some VERY HOT actors in the show in various characters.

I can give some good insight in the show up to season 3 as I have seen all that but not 3 yet.
I am picking that up tonight to watch=)

So let's hear your thoughts of whether you have seen it, like the original or new, and any comments you want to make=)

Hopefully there are some fellow BSG Freaks out there=)

Well... I'm not a sci-fi fan, but I remember my 10 year self having a crush Dirk Benedict in the first carnation of the series. I thought he was the bees knees, to quote Ms Deidra. I don't remember specifics about the show, just that there was always a lot of running through tunnels...

I take it you are referring to the original version?
As that is the one that had Starbuck as a male actor.
In the new version Starbuck is a female.

The new Battlestar is my favorite show. I'm finishing up the series for the second time now.

Dirk Benedict! Oh yeah... I had a major crush on him. Actually both of them. lol Starbuck and Apollo both. I used to have fantasies of them changing clothes in the lockerroom. Or hitting the showers together. hehe

Yeah it is the original, I liked the uniforms and and laser pulse cannons much better in the first series. I like the story line in the new a bit better. I just hate soap operas of any kind and the newer one kind of took on that feeling for me. I worked a lot when it was on and I missed quite a few show. So, I was lost a bit watching the newer episodes. Never saw Apolo and Starbuck in the new series play triad.

Tampa, Dirk actually posed nude once. I just remembered he had a 6 inch cock. It was good enough for me to look at and get my rocks off but, wow, my cousin was really upset. Seems he really hates size queens and men with little dicks??? Go figure...

Wow! Any chance at all of remembering where you might have seen the pic? So that I might track it down again somewhere online? Are you sure you aren't confusing him with the guy who played the title role of the hot blonde in the Flash Gordon movie? I have seen his Playgirl shoot pics.

I always thought that Apollo gave Starbuck some pretty heavy lingering glances. And he always made strong eye contact with him that conveyed the sense of deep friendship.

I don't imagine that Starbuck would have had a difficult time convincing Apollo to assume the position. hehe

Well in the new series there was a semi-relationship between Apollo and Starbuck however in the new one Starbuck is a girl...

There is said to be some Male on Male relationships in the new one.
Still waiting to find out about those in season 3 or 4
I only wish they would show something

Yes, there is a gay story line in the new one. I have a picture of these two kissing I just need to a tweek the photo before I can up load it. I think Mark the site owner may have some photos from the gay episodes too.

I hope this link helps... It was arround Season 4. However I think it aired in the webisodes. I don't follow it as closely because of working crazy off the wall hours and little time for reruns. I have caught a lot of webisodes. SO, maybe I though it was aired on national TV.

I do remember when Dax kissed another female of DS9 but they played that down to be an alien experience for TV I guess.
