I have to agree with both of you on this one. Tonight I just got back from the local homeless shelter where I help my church brethren feed the homeless a hot meal every month. (Many other local churches pick their one day a month to do this also.) You see the homeless in all kinds of different circumstances and you just have to think, "There but for the grace of God go I."

I also thought Ashton's attempt at humor was in poor taste. But rather than get all PC about it, I just figure that it shows his age and lack of maturity. As for the scene itself I concur with others who feel that Jake is an okay looking guy. But not quite porn material.

As always, your powers of observation are remarkable as they contribute greatly to this topic and the forum overall. I don't like tattoos anyway as I think they mess up any canvas. But, there is no reconciling one's actions when something like a "White Pride" tattoo comes into play. I am used to people telling me I am way too fussy, detailed, and particular, yet your insightful observations in this and other posts makes me think I'm really slipping, falling down on my job! Concerning sensitivity or empathy for the homeless, it has happened in my own family and nothing makes me more aware of the fragility of human existence. Many are lacking proper medical care, not to mention psychiatric meds, to properly function in this disconnected reality show we call the USA.
Why is it so hard to put ourself into their shoes, so to speak. Denial is the only word that comes to mind.
