I agree that Alden is one of my favorite "brokies" ever, and his pairing with Robert made for some sizzling scenes. They were totally believable as college roommates who may have applied to Broke Straight Boys as a goof, and they were hired and flown to Fort Lauderdale to have gay sex with one another, and Alden looked somewhat embarrassed, especially as he discovered how good it felt. 
Robert was also inexperienced with guys, but we could see in his eyes that he was in lust, (or love) with his straight roommate, Alden. I absolutely loved the sexual vibe going on between them. I believe that David told us that Alden was never interested in returning to the futon. And perhaps it is better that way, to leave us with three or four "classic Broke Straight Boys" episodes, and like a James Dean type, Alden will always remain young, beautiful and innocent to gay sex in some classic, fantastic "hall of fame" scenes.

Enamored and not just a little bit
Dear Mikeyank,
While I found Alden to have that "boyish quality" that is so very appealing, it is in fact Robert who has always interested me the most. Robert seems so very conservative and reserved, whereas Alden (the more worldly of the two) is ready to take on just about anything that came his way. This couple was featured on x-tube in snippets of their scenes together that so attracted me to Broke Straight Boys in the first place.
As cute as Alden was, Robert (with his initial shyness and refusal to perform in their first scene) really gets me all hot an bothered.
I would love to see Robert today in an interview, like Logan's interview, for Robert to share the impact of appearing on Broke Straight Boys had on his adorable self.
