at 9:04pm pacific time, my download of the jimmy and rex scene was complete. at the same time on the jimmy and rex scene the rating said, 2.8!
now it took me 21 minutes and 17 seconds to watch the full scene.
silly question is how could anyone have seen the the scene with jimmy and rex to have rated it so very low?

the critic reviewing the play without watching the play.
giving a scene a low score for reasons that cannot have anything to do with the scene itself seems unfair.

Well it's happened. I finally enjoyed a jimmy scene. He still is terrible and sucking dick but the fucking in this was hot. There is no way in hell red never bottomed before, Jimmy's cock slid right it with no resistance. Rex's moaning and the look on his face are the main reasons why I liked it. Rex has a good career ahead on Broke Straight Boys He is a total power bottom.

I think people vote first before the scenes based on their preconceived notions of each performer and their performance.

the ballotbox was stuffed with the lowest ratings possible. that how the scene had 2.8 four minutes after it went live.
this scene was much better than the ratings would lead one believe.

Maybe I was having an off night, because I fell asleep about halfway through the scene. Sorry, but I thought it was boring.

At the beginning, I WAS wondering if Jimmy was having penis envy.

the last 10 minutes are where jimmy and rex take a one-sided suck and twist it into a 69; where rex rides jimmy like a mountie riding to a recuse; where jimmy pumps rex like he about to strike oil; where both jimmy and rex cum at the same time.
everything else aside, view the scene as if it stands alone. it may feel like it is slow on the uptake, but it's like the trip to the first peak on a rollercoaster, slow starting but fun to the very end.

As this thread discusses the recent Jimmy & Rex scene, it really belongs on the other side of the forum, with the always multiple threads previewing and later reviewing the Jimmy scenes.

i can see watching part of a scene and deciding is it not good, but after the first 4 minutes?
it became the review it became.
my review was written later and before i knew of the j-rex thread or its subject.
i have never tried to control the direction of any discussion. not sure i would, even if i did have such a power.

this thread questioned the fairness of judging without a full airing.
i am of the opinion first you give a man a fair trial and then you hang him.
hanging a man without a trial just seems wrong to me.
that's what early low-balling is like to me. a hanging without a trial.

Are suggesting that there are members who wait for a new scene to be released, and then quickly vote a one, to counteract any higher scores that people who actually watch it may give? I had never even thought about something like that occurring.

yes, that is what i am suggesting. you describe what i think happens.
the voting is based upon name or thumbnail description, rather than performance or presentation.
i believe that is unfair. being judgmental, i believe it is wrong!

looking back, i could have referred all scene specific comments to the membership site section, rather than joining in with my own quick review of the action. but when ms. k raises an issue, i gave it my attention and another forumite announces a shift in his opinion on a model all in my thread, who am i to shoo them away.
and i thank the other forumite who addressed my question.
