20 Questions With Littlemonster

Oh, LM, you're an animal lover! You are soooo my new best friend already!

Was there a specific event that made you think about a career in animal rescue? Are you interested in any animal rescue (this is the area I'm involved in and love), or are you thinking of animal rescue as in saving species from possible extinction?

I am chatting to a friend on Grindr - yes just chatting, and he works in a slaughter house but sometimes goes out on pest control duties. He told me the other night he bagged 40+ rabbits....

Great... Really brightened up my day...

Ignore him. Jon likes to stir things up and he's very smart, so you'd think he'd know when a supposed joke lacks humor, but apparently not...

So, LM, what do you like to do in your spare time? Hobbies, music, sports?

Lol! Yay Obama!!! Hobbies I love listening to music and swimming! I really love most types of music if it has a catchy beat! I know it was joke... just not my favourite! :P

Jon will love your spelling of "favourite" LM.

Swimming is a great exercise and there is usually some very attractive "scenery" on beaches and in pools. Do you encounter many hotties while swimming, and do your eyes tend to wander when in the presence of a fit young swimmer in his Speedos? I know that mine sure do.

Yupp that's the UK version of it! I was originally not from the states I moved here 5 years ago! The sites are wonderful around the pool!

There is always a song in a thread... This song means so much to me and my late dad..

And it means a lot to me too Jon. I was attending the State University of New York in upstate, during the spring semester of my sophomore year, when Nixon sent in the national guard who fired and killed four Kent State students for protesting the illegal war in Vietnam. We had protests on our campus and occupied the Main Building, while classes went on hiatus. Luckily the campus president who was liberal and anti-war, and the New York authorities did nothing while we blew off steam for a week.

I still get chills hearing that song and it's lyrics

Tin soldiers and Nixon's comin'.
We're finally on our own.
This summer I hear the drummin'.
Four dead in Ohio.

I watched the video and it has all of the images of the look of horror on the faces of the students who discover that their fellow student were shot dead right on campus. Chilling.

Thanks for that Jon.

The song gives me chills also. I was too young at the time to understand all that was going on then. I do remember into the early 70's though how disillusioned young people were with the establishment.

On another note though I was in Ohio visiting friends a week and a half ago. Go Buckeyes!

So I came here when I was 12 and my accent kept getting weaker and weaker. Now you will have to really listen for me to hear it!

Tbh I am really simple just a night at home cuddling watching a movie! I think it's so cute!
