OK this is not PC at all but when it comes to sports guys are guys and they insult each other and not in a pc kind of way, it could have been a joke, in poor taste but still a joke or it cold have been meant for an opposing team member to read when they swap spots. Just because he has it on his face doesn't mean he doesn't like gay people and if he really doesn't gays going to sensitivity training is not going to change that it will just teach him to keep it on the DL. Would it be just as bad if he had used the Spanish equivalent for pussy? You can't call a guy a sissy because that's a gay slur too. Now wonder football players don't want to have a mic on during a game can you imagine the things they say to each other when they're trying to psych out another player?
