Why "Coming soon" updates not updated?

I've noticed that too Avery, but then it gets updated within the next day or so after the previous new scene is released. They probably update the "coming soon" thumbnail once they decide which next scene to put in the queue, along with compose the brief scene description and upload the thumbnail. Patience is a virtue.
