I know what it is for sure. How much frenulum remains differs so much if you are circumcised. For instance, I don't really have any frenulum left because of how I was cut and there are many guys in the same boat as me. I am fascinated by the subtle differences in how each cut cock looks and the differences in sensitivity levels. How sensitive your penis is differs significantly, even among cut guys.
