Where is Zeno?

I had previously commented on Zeno Kostas in another post. Zeno Kostas is having personal issues that he needs to address and is not available to film.

So many boy's with personal issues.Gone. Maybe it be good to screen them a little better?
I mean we get attached. Start liking them. Then there gone because of personal issues. And no good-by. Check them out before they become favorites.. Seems management would be able to tell by now. If the boy's have personal issues.

It really doesn't matter how well we screen the guys. We all have personal issues come out of nowhere or someone in our lives that affects ours. I'm sorry he was a favorite of mine as well and it just doesn't suck for the members.

It's probably best to try to not get too "attached" to any model who performs here, Johnny. Doing porn is not usually a regular long lasting job, and only a handful in the nine years or so of Broke Straight Boys have performed here on a long term basis. In fact in checking out Zeno Kostas's model page, I see that he has appeared in 31 sex scenes, beginning with his solo on March 12, 2014, through his fuck scene with Levi on May 29, 2016. That is actually a very long run for any model here.

As far as the personal issues, that doesn't really surprise me either, as these are young guys who've decided to get into porn for whatever reason, but going through the history of the adult entertainment business, it is not uncommon that some of these guys have issues as this line of work doesn't always attract guys with the most stable backgrounds and personalities. I sincerely hope that Zeno Kostas is able to deal with whatever issues he has and is able to live a happy, successful life whether he ever returns to porn or not.

Just as admin can't see every post or remember every post, same thing applies to members. I don't recall seeing your previous post about Zeno Kostas. Hope things straighten out for him and whether he comes back or not, I believe we would all wish him well as he gets about his life's work.

I also think there is just a natural "life expectancy" of a porn model's career. The type of guys featured on Broke Straight Boys may have even shorter careers here or in this genre of porn because we all age, and as we do so our bodies and faces just naturally change. Some can adapt and move on -- Anthony High from the early Broke Straight Boys years really bulked up and went from boyish pizza delivery boy here 9 years ago to now doing muscle daddy porn on another site, for instance. Other models can't or don't move on and just drop out, instead -- as has been mentioned, porn for most of these guys isn't their career of choice, but something they do for some great quick cash while in school or working low-level jobs. Eventually most grow up and settle down with families and careers. Some may have regrets or embarrassment or shame after they've done porn, so want only to distance themselves from it, and others have serious problems of one sort or another, be it addictions, mental issues, anger issues, etc., and they are likely not invited back because they are difficult to work with, unreliable, or their looks have suffered from their personal demons. It is really on US for getting attached to so many of them, but that is one of the unique things about Broke Straight Boys in that it's a family sort of atmosphere where in many cases the members do truly feel like we know some of the guys and have true feelings for them beyond simple lust! We like or even feel love toward some of them and are genuinely concerned for their well-being and happiness. I know a few forumites are in contact with some models on a more personal level as friends or older mentors/parental figures, and I suspect maybe a little more in some caes! Insightful comment! I personally feel that is one of the biggest differences between Broke Straight Boys and other sites (at least that I subscribed to). Even though not all models who appear on this site are "exclusive" in their working with just this studio, it does give members a unique opportunity to see and view these models as part of Broke Straight Boys. So, yeah, I guess there is a tendency for people to become attached....

So, yeah, I guess there is a tendency for people to become attached....

I get attached to "my boys" too, but I do understand that they all have a "shelf life" here and so I am grateful to the one's I like but it is perfectly understandable that there is a time that they move on. That's why I'm thrilled and quite surprised that Ronan Kennedy came back, and I sure wish that Ayden and or Abram will come back, but I understand that eventually they will all move on. It is a reality of the business and this site.
