It's very concerning, but we haven't canceled them. They just seem very inept. They are trying to change all their feeds and API to https instead of http to secure them and they bit off more than they can chew. Supposedly they have been working overtime, but we really doubt the story ourselves at this point. We pay several thousand dollars a month to them so you would think they would be more responsive, but it's been very much like pulling teeth. Anyway, in this case it's truly not us.. it's them. Keeping our fingers crossed, guys.
