You might notice some images not loading on certain scenes. We are fully aware of this issue. Unfortunetely we haven't been able to figure out what is causing it. We are very sorry for any inconvenience but hopefully we will get this fixed soon.

Hi Mark, is this connected to videos in the back catalogue coming up “video not found”? I’ve noticed it happening in the last week or so, then seems to solve itself but I’m finding other videos are like this too.

Hope you track down the bug that’s causing it! ����

I’ve noticed that many of the old BTS videos have this issue although I haven’t checked in a while. For me the archives including behind the scenes are a most important feature of membership.

I tried to download the video with Jason and Blake. I got an error 521Web server down.
The origin server refuses request to make connection.
I did try to stream the video and got a video file not found. Different issue.
