We are all moved to brand new load balanced servers. Speed should be increased quite a bit. Please post any issues in this thread. For some reason some people email support and don't get our responses. I can assure you we answer every single email. We have had this issue with some emails because some isp's have blacklisted us for some reason. We are working on a new ticket system for support. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Oh great Mark !! when I click download on window player or quicktime it goes str8 to streaming !!! it take for ever !!! All was fine yesterday when I watched Jayce & sean.....What do I do ??

The new server was so gung ho just now that when I logged in Broke Straight Boys elbowed my yahoo homepage to the side and offered me the little Blu box to put my username into for direct logging into the forum! Not Broke Straight Boys Home, but the Forum! I was really impressed. It reminded me a little of a trojan attack, but in a nice way. It doesn't take much to make me happy.

Hi Matintas,
Instead of just clicking on the download link you want you must right click the mouse & Save Target As ... not left click (*if you use your mouse in the left hand configuration please use the opposite mouse buttons)

I'm glad for this upgrade. I had many problems with customer service not responding to numerous emails when I would write to the help email address. I had to actually write to Mark directly to get a response which is frustrating to say the least. I'll take your word for it that you answer every email, but my experience has been different.
