Hi All:

I’m going to Hawaii in the beginning of April. It’s been about 25 years since my last trip there and has naturally evolved over time. The 26 y/o boy who had a blast (in every sense :swallow:) is now double the age and hoping for some suggestions to find some fun. It can be daytime or night time fun. I’m staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, like my previous trip and am sure that will be great.

All suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks

Greg

That's my favorite hotel on Oahu. Waikiki isn't quite as seedy as it was even 15 years ago. They've redone Lewers Street and the International Marketplace area with brand new shops and upgraded those hotels. Most gay tourists like Bacchus Waikiki on Lewers. The Aloha Bears have a catamaran cruise every other week. You can look both up on the web. Hula's is still around. That's on the opposite end of Waikiki from the Hilton, closer to the zoo. Tapa's and Wang Chung's are nearby and good for karaoke if you like that. Chiko's is a good neighborhood bar area just outside of Waikiki on McCully Street and King Street. For food, there's tons of places, especially if you like Japanese. The Hilton also has a short 10 minute fireworks show on Friday nights. I'd also recommend a whale watch before the whale season ends.
