Ok,

1. I started an album and posted 2 pics as a test. When I pull it up it says no pictures selected.

2. Where is the Avatar selection on my profile.

Please help!

Hello Louis,

I confirmed your avatar settings is correct, Avatar and profile photo are 2 different things. I changed your avatar so you would see what it looks like changed.

Click on settings on the top of this page, then click "edit avatar" on the left column of that page, you can select pre-made avatars, or upload your own, certain settings may need to be met, but it will let you know what you need to do. If you still have trouble, PM me.

While you were helping Louis, I also got a little "incidental tutorial". I didn't realize that profile photo and Avatar were separate entities, so....Thanks ChuckBluMedia! Love the way u do wha' cha do!

Ok,

I also found that starting a profile album page is pretty difficult to do on the forum since the introduction of the new forum software over a year ago. Maybe members could be given a tutorial on how to post an album of photos to their profile pages?

Also, just on the by and by... I wasn't able to post any pictures at all in posts for almost a year after the introduction of the new forum software. I could pick photos to post, do the browse and select method to attach them...but then when it came time to upload them, the spiral thing would just spin and spin forever. Then suddenly a few months ago after Chuck and whoever else completed an upgrade, suddenly it worked for me perfectly. And I did nothing differently in the steps to uploading the pics than I had done before. So thank you for that upgrade!


Also something happened in the HS section about 3-4 months ago that blocked me from viewing any of the "Elite" sites. After being able to view them with no problem, suddenly it told me that I needed to download the specific video player for that site in order to watch the videos. When I tried doing that, (downloading the video player software) my computer told me that that software was already downloaded. Yet the Elite sites were still blocked to me. Then about 3 or 4 weeks ago as Chuck announced the reformatting of the HS section...suddenly the Elite sites were available to me again. All this to say I guess that the software upgrades you guys at Blu have been doing over the last 3 months or so are really paying off. You may not be getting immediate feedback...but the software upgrades are helping your customers and they are appreciated.
