I couldn't agree with you more, peterh. What's more, I'm happy to see that the members' favs reflect the reality of Broke Straight Boys as it exists today.

Broke Straight Boys 2.0 was announced on Apr. 2, 2011 and for a long long time the members favs consisted of only scenes from 1.0. So I posted a thread asking how the members' favs were calculated. There was an explanation about votes reflecting the thousandth of a percent - I didn't really understand so I just let it pass. Then the further we got into 2.0 I did notice that there were more scenes from 2.0 in the favs.

Then on Feb. 27, 2012, Mark announced changes and improvements to all aspects of Broke Straight Boys, which I have termed Broke Straight Boys 2.5. And that brings us up to today.

As I wrote on another thread recently, Mark & Co. have followed through on their committment. The models are hotter, the pairings better, production value greatly enhanced than 2.0 definitely and in some respects 1.0.

The vast majority of 2.5 scenes are 4.4 or better. The highest rated scene on Broke Straight Boys of 4.8 is from 2.5 (Denver & Connor II) with Denver & Connor I and Blake & Jason tied for second at 4.7.

The breakdown of current members favs is from 1.0=3; from 2.0=3; from 2.5=6. I think that is a fair representation of the site as it is today, reflecting the great improvements on all fronts since 2/27. It is reflected by the vote of scene viewers and should be and is reflected in the members favs.

Thanks guys. I'm a porn fan like everybody else on here, but what honestly keeps me a member is the quality of our membership and you guys behind the scenes. We talk about different subjects that we all don't agree on, but everybody respects each others views (kind of like a big group of friends). I will continue to enjoy being part of this great website. First off I want to thank Peter for starting this thread. Thanks Peter! haha

After the releases of the last few weeks it is clear that the quality of everything here on the site, from the overall membership experience to the videos themselves are just improving on a regular basis. I want to thank everyone at Broke Straight Boys and Blu who is working so hard to constantly take things to a higher level. So if there is any doubt as to whether members are noticing the changes...rest assured we notice and appreciate it.

I can't wait to see where we go from here!

Thanks Tampa, I just thought if it before you.lol No doubt this site has improved since the beginning of BSB2 100%. Honestly after David left and the (not so great start for 2) I really considered cancelling my membership. Well I'm so glad I didn't, I just started watching only the models I liked. But now there really isn't a bad one!! So every scene has gotten me excited to watch it.
