I'm confused. He told a small group of people; then how could it be entirely accurate that his gf was the only one who knew? Also at the beginning, he said his father wasn't around much and he and his Mother didn't get along too good. Yet, near the end he is concerned if his parents were to find out and that they would freak. But as an anal retentive old curmudgeon it's my job to point out those inconsistencies.
