While I am most certainly not a lawyer, I do understand that no matter how small the print might be on a "release contract", it is totally illegal to include sex between an employee and employer as a clause for the said employee to receive his wages. I can see an unscrupulous pornographer making a veiled thread of never employing the model again if he didn't perform the sex act with him, but I cannot believe he would put that in writing in a legal contract.

Hi, Mikeyank. Spanks for responding. I never saw my godson's contract, but knowing the pornographer myself, it would hardly surprise me if he truly delved to such an all-time low scheme, legal or otherwise. For that matter, this pornographer has had countless models, most of whom only appeared online in a single video, as was the case with my godson. I do not ascribe to unethical practices in any business venture. And being that I myself am a video producer/videographer/model recruiter, I positively refuse to lower my personal standards to satisfy my once-hungry lusts. ('Tis a bitch never being able to experience sexual arousals henceforth, but we are all dealt our cards and compelled to accommodate them as best we can!) Anyway, I no longer have to worry about sending my godson to this man ever again.
