I’m really confused. Did Broke Straight Boys really give us an interview a couple of days ago for a hot new model named Aaron and then added yet another Liam scene in 2 weeks? Our content producers are doing everything they can to bring in new guys during what has proven to be a very interesting time not just in the world but certainly in the adult industry. In the past we always liked to mix the updates up as much as possible as to not repeat the same models too often. Yes there is a little bit of a wait for Aaron (9/3) but the scenes had to go up in a particular sequence based on what we had been provided and the way they were filmed. Normally the Getting to Know goes up a few days before the actual scene, but this particular one went up a bit early as to make members aware that we do have new talent coming up.

Well it makes sense when you explain the interview as an indication there is new talent coming up. I guess it took me by surprise to see another Liam scene was added. I was just expecting the next scene added to be with Aaron.

Hey Jay. I have been well. I trust that you have also. Drew and Justin had scenes that needed to go live before Aaron could. Liam got caught in that mix since we don't have as many scenes in the can as we used several years ago. I am happy to see everyone excited about getting to see Aaron in action. It will be a great labor day weekend at Broke Straight Boys

I do understand the issues facing Broke Straight Boys and apparently the entire adult entertainment business, but Broke Straight Boys is my only pay site as it has been for the last 14 years and so the one site I personally care about. I just checked “the boys” section and see that since January 1, 2022 we’ve had nine new models introduced who’ve performed for us, (Aaron would be number ten, but according to Sha it will not be until next month when he debuts).
Among the nine 2022 newbies, two did just one scene each, (Shea Parker & Ronnie Forest). Another, Matt Heron did two scenes. Out of the other six, only Chris Star really does anything for me. He is hot and sexy and fits into my personal criteria for being “believably straight”. I know that nowadays, it is not “politically correct” on the forum to ask for a guy to come across as straight anymore. But there is a reason I joined this site, as I want to see guys who seem straight. I am a dinosaur in that the great majority of my old friends from the forum quit this site as the boys have gotten away from the “classic” Broke Straight Boys type.
I like Aaron Lennox from his “Getting to Know” interview with David. I am disappointed that there will have been a three week gap between that interview and his debut. I understand why, but that doesn’t take away from my disappointment. I am not going anywhere and I will wait but I just wanted to state my feeling about it.

I totally understand what you guys are saying but remember this is a business, industry wide...we are a business and we are all at the mercy who applies for adult videos. Years ago we had at least 10 guys apply per day and sometimes a lot more per day and back in the older days, out of the 10 guys that applied, at least 4-5 made the cut to appear on the sites. Nowadays, we are lucky to get 2-3 applicants a week and lucky if at least 1-2 of them have the looks and the mindset to film.
I have no clue why the drop in applicants. it has nothing to do with us or the websites, it seems industry wide, we are all having issues finding new fresh talent. I will say, in the past few weeks, we did get a lot of new faces that applied and we have new faces coming up on Broke Straight Boys and College Boy Physicals sites. It just takes time to get everyone's schedule together. Although we have the guys, we then have to work with there schedules. Many of them have jobs or starting college or attending school during summer session so we have to work around there schedule, not ours.
Also some guys we did have booked and scheduled but because of Monkypox and a few with Covid, they had to cancel and we needed to reschedule. Like Shannon stated, we are in a different world and time these days so we are doing our best to hire models and getting into the studio as best as we can.
Besides the new guys we already filmed along with repeat models, we have several new guys coming up and we have a lot of new guys on the production schedule for August and into September months for both Broke Straight Boys and College Boy Physicals sites. Actually the new guys...are believably straight...one guy is from Long Island...I love his New York accent....super hot...and we have other guys in the wings ready to go for both College Boy Physicals and Broke Straight Boys
