Thank You BSB For Improving The Downloading Of Vids! :)

I want to thank Chuck and the rest of the staff who recently improved the downloading of the WMV HD vids. Over the last year I had noticed that I couldn't manually click ahead with the cursor to a particular point in a downloaded vid without getting an annoying buffering-like pause of several seconds. Or if I was fast-forwarding through a vid and stopped where I wanted it to be...it would give a long pause of frozen screen and then jump ahead about a full minute ahead of where I wanted the video to start up again.

I PM'd the staff, pointed out the issue, asked them if there was anything they could to improve it, and within a few short days, it was fixed! What's even better is that the fix is retroactive. Videos that we may have downloaded last year that had the annoying technical issues I mentioned, can be downloaded now and they no longer have any of those issues. I've already tried it out by deleting a video I downloaded about 8 months ago or so, and then
re-downloading it. Now it works great!

So thanks again to everyone at Broke Straight Boys for helping to improve the user friendliness of the downloaded videos.

Thanks Tampa! That's great information to know. I've not had any issues with my computer play-back of downloaded scenes but, I do have issues with older scenes when streaming them on my tablet. It's still good to know that these issues are being or have been resolved!

I never had those problems except one scene a while back. Since they fixed yours, now I have all your same problems. lol Couldn't even watch the last one w/ Cage Kafig & Drake (I think). I just gave up trying. I'll wait for the next vid before I contact your boyfriend. Last time it took two weeks. They kept saying "Theirs works fine". Well, mine didn't. So I went to the top and contacted Jon and it was fixed within an hour. lol

Just found out it was someone named John, not Drake. sorry. Like I said I was unable to view the vid, but you'd think I could have at least read the title. I missed seeing Cage Kafig, though. He has cum a long way. Wish I knew how to contact him, he lives close by.

I hope anyone else that may experience issues lets us know, sometimes we cant pin-point all tech issues before releasing updates, but I try my best to get to the bottom of them when members let us know and we fix the best we can so its a great user experience for all.

I am always glad to help and flattered I still have an admirer despite some grey hairs coming in.

LOL I don't mind a little grey at all Chuck. It can make men look distinguished. Be happy you still have hair! Not all of us are so lucky. After all, you don't have the option of coloring what's not there.
