My two main regrets are these two. This was in the Cove Cave in the Castro in San Francisco. We were discussing how we were going to handle some issues he was having over some misplaced items. The television was showing photos taken over the years in the Castro. No porn as I recall. I do not know who the guy is in the back ground he was just caught in the shot.

Scott was and is one of my favorites. He was smart, funny and had a great personality. It was hard to believe the issues he had experienced in the past. As I said he has seemed to have settled down now that he is almost 30. He is living with his girlfriend and they have a one year old he just adores. He is working a regular job. Yes it is. I have used the Cove as a safe place to meet potential clients off and on. Gives us each a chance to size each other up before anything serious happens. Most of the criminal stuff I did, was on a volunteer basis or referrals because of possible conflicts of interest with the PD. While I would never recommend porn to a young guy who I knew as I think it's not the best way to earn a living, but I must admit that the young clients whom you have pictured juanjo are all guys I would enjoy seeing on Broke Straight Boys, but that is me talking with my groin and not my head. Lucky you, Johnny! I could not afford them... But then, I have never paid for sex and don't believe I ever would. (Then again, I guess there was Paul, my "partner", who still owes me $4,300 for bail money and legal expenses I gave him for DUI defense so my claim isn't 100% accurate.)

LOL - I understand the bail money issue quite well ertas. One thing I learned quite a while ago was that in criminal matters get the cash up front or a solid guarantor or sellable security for the work. Once they out on the street and the matter is resolved, good luck getting the cash.

But it does bring up a rather interesting point in the discussion. Except for a quick pick-up, such as a one night stand, any relationship costs money. I have my husband and we have been together for many years. We do not sit down and balance out the books each month when it comes to who has spent more on whom but the fact is that we have both spent a lot of money on each other over the years since we met in 1989. I do not regret that frankly.

But even back when I was still dating there were always the costs associated with the date - dinner, movies, gifts, etc. I have a friend who loves to inform me that the one thing he likes about his occasional liaisons with rent boys is the fact he is not paying for the sex, he is paying for the fact when it is over they will leave with no drama or muss. It is a rather cynical way to look at the world but there is some truth to it.
