What ever do you mean Scott?? haha
Actually I'm looking forward to it. Straight Talk didn't always dwell strictly on the straightness of the model. Lord knows we have plenty more openly gay model models now than we have in the past. lol But the BTS vids and Straight Talk also allowed them to share some personal and semi-personal things going on in their own lives. It allowed the audience to feel a deeper personal connection to them as human beings, rather than just stick figure performers on our screens.
Several weeks ago some of us tried to make the point to the powers that be, that while we very much appreciate that they try to give us an introductory video of each new model, (such as a "Getting to Know Model X"), that that was not really enough to hold the audience's affection and attention for a particular model over the long haul. We tried to make the point, (politely and articulately I hope), that if the porn videos themselves start off with a minimum of discussion, and give us no new insights into the model as a person...and without any other updated interview or online discussion from the model himself...then the site starts to lose some of the trademark
Broke Straight Boys reality feel.
I see the return of Straight Talk as a response to some of that concern. I suspect we'll see less of the models trying to present themselves as straight and perhaps more discussion of their own feelings and opinions regarding doing the work, being in the industry at a young age, etc. Maybe they'll talk about regular jobs away from the studio, their plans for school, if any...as well as some of their hopes, dreams and aspirations for the future. Hopefully in the newer Straight Talk they will share things abut themselves that allow us to feel a deeper human connection to them and give us more insights into their personalities.
